If you are looking for a private villa with more wildlife sightings than the National Park, this is the villa for you. Our recent stay at Villa Kiskadee surpassed all expectations. Our personal concierge Javier took care of all transportation, tours, reservations, and stocked groceries. He even ordered a special cake for my birthday and delivered treats for us to enjoy. This Villa is on a private road on the North edge of Tulemar with extensive gardens and privacy. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath with ocean views. The best part of our stay was the attention to detail from Javier and Maria, our personal helper who cleaned, did laundry and was just the sweetest person. She was considerate of our space and spoiled us during our week stay. I have been to Tulemar many times before but have never experienced this level of care and service. We will be back.

This is a fantastic place to stay for anyone looking for 1 bedroom for a romantic stay or a 7 bedroom looking for a multi-family stay. The view of the legendary Manuel Antonio park is one of the best in all of this town. My wife and I recently made our 3rd trip to Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica and decided to stay at this property after staying at Hotels the prior two visits. The week long stay at this Villa was perfect. The owner, Lorenzo, was a friendly host that was willing to wait up late for us when our plane was delayed. He also was always available for suggestions for coffee, dinner, and hidden beaches. Look no further than this Villa if you want a combination of beautiful view and luxury accommodations in a desirable location. We will be back!

We stayed in this incredible Villa in March, 2019 and had an amazing time! The host, Lorenzo, was very helpful as we made arrangements before and during our trip, including providing a private shuttle to and from the airport. The property is in a beautiful location overlooking Manuel Antonio National Park and the ocean in the distance. We saw monkeys each day from the private and relaxing patio, complete with hammocks and a grill for cooking. The location is so convenient, with our favorite coffee shops and restaurants a short walk away, and even a small grocery store. We spent time at the pool each day and usually had it to ourselves as there are just a couple of condos sharing it. The view from the pool is also spectacular. Our family of 4, including 2 teenagers, loved every minute and cannot wait to go back.

Just back from a two week stay at Villa Manuel Antonio, we stayed third level(pool level) in a two bedroom well equipped unit. The view from our balcony was stunning. Daily visits from Capuchin and Squirrel monkeys on our balcony ,we even had Howler monkeys visit the very last day ( in the trees only ). We also saw Toucans Macaws and at least 3 or 4 sloths all from our balcony. Bring a Really good set of binoculars as there are so many birds that are beautiful and also to see the sloth up close. I did not meet Lorenzo but the plethora of emails he got from me were always answered with great advice. He also arranged private transportation to and from airport.

My husband and I stayed on the terrace level with our son and daughter in law and it was the perfect set up for us. The bedrooms had king size beds and with an adjoining bathroom. The was plenty of closet and drawer space in the bedrooms and the bathrooms had spacious counters and large shower area. The bedrooms each had ac and overhead fans which quickly cooled the rooms. The living room, kitchen and patio had fans that circulated the air and kept it comfortable. We planned to prepare some meals at the condo but ended up eating out for every meal because of the close location of restaurants. The kitchen had adequate amenities. We had coffee in the condo every morning and there was more than adequate storage for food items. There was a safe in the kitchen to store valuables. The terrace level was very private and probably cooler due to the location. There were a lot of steps which I originally thought would be a problem but turned out to be a good workout each day. The pool was perfectly located and there was hardly ever anyone there when we used it. We enjoyed meeting guests when we crossed paths at the pool or just coming and going but everyone had plenty of privacy. The lounge chairs at the pool were comfortable. We saw monkeys almost every day. We were awakened to the sounds of howler monkeys most mornings and scarlet macaws flew by on a daily basis. One day we saw 11 scarlet macaws flying over together. We saw an agouti several mornings in the yard beyond our patio. There was a gas grill which we didn't use and a hot tub which we used once but was a nice feature if you wanted to spend more time at the condo. We were gone from early morning until almost time to go to bed with occasional brief intermissions at the condo in the afternoon. There were two hammocks on the patio which were very comfortable. Lorenzo, our host was great! He supplied our son and daughter in law with a cooler to take to the beach one day and arranged most of our adventures and transportation. He arranged pick up and drop off at the airport, he arranged a zip line tour, ATV tour, mangrove kayak tour, sunset sailboat tour, he provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and all were within walking distance. We had no issues with security at all. Lorenzo lives on the property and was available when needed. Laundry and housekeeping services were provided and it was so nice to come back each day to freshly made beds, clean towels and washcloths and our place tidied up for us. When we used the laundry service our clothes were returned to us neatly folded. Emilio's Cafe was next door and it turned out to be one of our favorite restaurants. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there and were never disappointed. Cuba Libre was another restaurant recommended by Lorenzo and we ate there several times for dinner and it was excellent! We caught tuna on an offshore fishing trip and brought the fish back and the chef at Cuba Libre cooked it for our dinner that night. So delicious!!! This was the trip of a lifetime for us and we couldn't have been happier with our choice for where to stay. We were close to everything we wanted to do. It was about a 3 hour shuttle ride to and from the airport but we were transported in a private van with plenty of room and they stopped whenever we asked. On the way to Manuel Antonio our driver stopped at a local Soda and we bought fresh pineapple and the owner of the business and his family were super nice. We bought fresh fruit drinks with rum for our trip and they hit the spot. Our driver also stopped near a bridge and let us get out to see crocodiles in the river below. Such a fun experience. The Costa Rican people are some of the nicest you will ever meet. I highly recommend Villa Manuel Antonio for your Costa Rica vacation!!!
