Everyone is great to deal with. Been coming to this resort since 2014.the wifi is free. I loved to this workers like my families. DANIEL, NOEL, YORDANIS, MARLENIS, MARIA THE CAFFE BAR , JOSUE IN THE LOBBY BAR ,everyone are amazing 👏 .My favorite home in Cuba

Nice hotel the staff is friendly my husband and i have enyojed it there are eggs for breakfast and there is variety in the snack bar the beach is beautiful the entertainment activities on the beach are very good the atmosphere suitable for relaxation

We had a wonderful time at Arenas Doradas! The service was excellent—everyone was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the entire resort was well-maintained. We had a wonderful time at Arenas Doradas! The service was excellent—everyone was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the entire resort was well-maintained. The location is great—just 700 meters from the dolphinarium, and a taxi to Varadero cost only $10. We felt safe throughout our stay—nothing was ever missed or stolen, and all the staff were attentive and professional. Our room was well-equipped with great mattresses, comfortable pillows, and working air conditioning. Fresh bottles of water and toilet paper were always provided. The food was good—we always found something to eat. Just bring your own condiments to adjust the taste to your liking. The coffee was great, although there was sometimes no milk. There were no eggs during our stay, but that was okay—we didn’t mind eating pancakes every day! The pool towels were available without any issues—just remember to take a ticket at the lobby when you get them and return the towels for the ticket at check-out to present. However, we did have some issues with the activities. For the first part of our stay, we found them quite boring, and for three days, there were no activities at all. After we complained, the staff really listened and did their best to improve. On Wednesday, everything changed—there were games, dancing, and even a clown in the evening)). It was an amazing day with lots of energy, my kids loved it! Unfortunately, after the investigators left, the activities slowed down again. We also felt that entertainment at the beach could be better. There was no music or dancing near the beach area—only by the bar, which wasn’t engaging for most guests who preferred to stay near the water. Many of our friends at the resort shared the same opinion. There were only two entertainers, and we wish there had been more to keep things lively. That being said, we truly appreciate the effort made after our feedback, and despite the ups and downs, we still left with a positive impression. Thank you for trying to make our stay enjoyable!

“We are happy”

The hotel has been growing On 26/2 there was no egg for breakfast but on 27/2. We were able to have breakfast with eggs and hot dogs .the children were delighted we came to enjoy the beach the weather was a bit changeable but it wasa good time the room was nice .we had 2 room in block 4
