“Amazing experience”
From the rooms to the food, the service could not have been better. Every night food different theme as well as kids corner, salads and a great load of fruits and sweets. Great table service , to getting sat down and served amazing drinks. Room cleaned every day for the full 4 days we were there..T… more
From the rooms to the food, the service could not have been better. Every night food different theme as well as kids corner, salads and a great load of fruits and sweets. Great table service , to getting sat down and served amazing drinks. Room cleaned every day for the full 4 days we were there..The animation team kept us entertained in the morning with various activities as well live entertainment every night. The operation of the hotel is very well thought and admiration is extended to the Management of the fine property . We will see you again hopefully very soon

Staff extremely welcoming and polite turning our Holiday to a brilliant one. Whole hotel was really clean and tidy, the food out of this world. I must say definitely the best features of this hotel is the amazing team, cleanliness and the food ! See you in April at Easter time.

After staying here in September 24’ we returned to the UK and booked again for October 24’… Why not ? …. It’s just the perfect holiday, everyone at Sancta Napa makes your holiday experience, you just have to keep coming back. From the new pool area and bar for those chilled days, to the main pool and fun with the entertainers. What a selection of meals provided ….. all freshly cooked and immaculately displayed in the main restaurant , something for everyone, to snacks at the snack-bar again freshly cooked for you. The hotel and rooms are kept spotless by the cleaning team, always a smile and time to say hello. At the main restaurant you are checked in and shown to your table …. very well organised, again the team here are always so helpful and have time to speak with you. Night time entertainment was a mix of hotel entertainers and guest acts, all kept you entertained. Another mention to the day and night bar teams, they all work soooo hard and also keeping you entertained. We thank you again Sancta Napa for making our holiday …perfect . We have stayed here many times in the past but this was our second visit this year. Once again the Atlantica Sancta Napa starred again,from smiling faces on our arrival to the "Not already" on our departure. Cannot praise the hotel and all it's staff enough. From the maid ensuring you have a clean room everyday,the waiters in the restaurant,the chefs that prepare the delicious food and of course the pool bar staff who work very hard every day/night. The entertainment crew were very friendly and successful in keeping guests entertained. We cannot name the staff we would like to thank personally in this review,it would take too long. Miss Ele,thankyou and once again please pass on our thanks to each and every one of your staff.

Many thanks to the hotel administration for their excellent work, work with love and professionalism. Special thanks to the chief manager of the hotel Mrs Eleftheria Papapetrou. Excellent mentor and example for many other managers! The hotel organizes many fun and interesting events, there is a program for the whole day, You can spend the whole day at the hotel and be satisfied. The hotel is quiet, staff does everything necessary for the safety of customers, always ready to help. Staff is polite, smiling, they create an atmosphere of safety and comfort.Very tasty and varied food. Beautiful presentation. Sweet bar, fruit bar are very diverse. All desserts are very tasty and beautifully decorated. Every day the menu is different, based on stile of different countries. It's great! And the abundance of drinks is amazing! My family is very pleasure that We spent our vacation in this hotel and I know for sure,that we will come back here again! I recommend this hotel as priory.
