Where do I even start with this hotel as I have been coming here since 2022 so 3 years in a row for me as a guest and not once had any problems but if I did they get it sorted straight away and yes they know I love my music and have seen me dance about. I stayed here from 27th October to 3rd November 2024 for a whole week and let's say I arrived during lunchtime hours in Paphos and the staff was so pleased to see the ones that know me and of course there was some new faces which I had to figure out but soon enough they slotted right in with me trusting them as I know who my to go to staff are as I am close with certain ones. I have so so so much to say and share as I know I am a guest but I like to promote the hotel even when I am not there I follow them on Facebook and keep in touch with some staff who I have become friends with and keep upto date with anything that is going on in Cyprus. The cocktails was spot on made by Helen who works the Terrace Bar and Barbara who works the poolside bar all food was spot on each day breakfast, lunch and Dinner restaurant staff made sure I had what I needed as they know I come on my own they keep an eye on me even the restaurant managers Maria and Micheal make sure I eat fresh fresh and told me to eat fresh fresh when back home in the uk. Each day when I went back to my room the bed was already made, the cleaning was done and at times my clothes was folded too yet I know I'm not a messy person plus the towels was made on my bed too on the day I arrived. I have to say on the Saturday night my final night we had the storm in Paphos yes flooding happened everywhere even in hotels and at Venus Beach Hotel too when I got back from the Tattooist I soon went upstairs to my room which had water in but the staff was soon on it and many other rooms amd parts of the hotel. As I am someone from the UK which floods I jumped straight in and helped the cleaning staff with towels making barricades to stop the water coming in off the balcony's, I helped clean up reception and much more plus making sure some guests was ok as they didnt know what was going on yet many other guests British and other nationalities was happy sitting down drinking cocktails and not helping which really really annoyed me yet they was happy to moan while the staff fought against the weather as it was the first of many bad storms they experienced. The next day was my last day management which was Milena Jakabova and Aliona they couldn't thank me enough but at the same time throughout that week they made sure I was ok and yes they told me off in a playful way saying I'm meant to be on holiday but was so greatful for my help and it's like I told them I was brought up by good parents to help others xox Overall the staff not only treat me as a guest but as a friend and part of the family yes they staffing may change the next time I go which I know I have to gwr used to as they know I hate changes but I know I always get good service. So please keep the management you do have at the hotel as they are hands on, who actually listen to guests and don't mess about when it comes to issues plus come outside and interact with guests too so keep it up and don't have one's who sit in offices all day. I would also like to say great job to Maria Skapoullis who looks after people's kids who come on holiday it's amazing how she does it and even at the odd times when I was in the pool or chilling I was even keeping an eye on the kids too who was outside as I volunteer for Barnardo's who help with children and offer great services for parents. Entertainment is good too from having there own music to a DJ or a Musician Performing but my favourite as always was when Alexandros Kiourlappos came he plays the Saxaphone and Electric Violin and I've kept in touch with him since last year. Even when booking day trips we get picked up right outside near our hotel by the company who does the tours and the public buses run every 15 mins. On that note with what I have written I know I probably have repeated myself or written a long essay but it's some to share and for people to read, to even come and stay at the hotel yes no doubt it has its ups and downs but touchwood they get sorted not left as after all Venus Beach Hotel does have a good reputation to stay on top. I do have one request I did notice in areas that they need re painting and tidying up where they are glowing again plus down on floor one where the sofas are in the corner maybe a table or two with big glass vases on with flowers to brighten up that corner and a picture or two on the wall. I do enjoy having a go at words I learn from the staff too and with all my heart I wish I could work with them all aswell as they can see I am not some ignorant person yet i reallt do hope i brighten up there day and bring my smile to the room along with my vibrant personality. I shall share this review on other platforms too and obviously please let know on any changes you make and I love to meet the actual people who own the hotel if ever given the chance so they know who I am it would make my day. I shall see you all from October 25th until 3rd November 9 nights 2025 as after all you are my family from Cyprus and In 2026 i shall hopefully be staying for 2 weeks as would like to do something special and mark 5 years of my time coming here to Paphos and staying at the hotel. Venus Beach Hotel is a very good hotel, the cleanliness is exceptional, the staff are always very helpful and friendly and can't do enough for you, from managers to the general staff. I go all inclusive, the food is very good, as is the choices of drinks available. The hotels location is situated by a sandy beach and has a large swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. I love it, and will be booking for next year. Thank you Venus Beach Hotel for my brilliant holiday

On first arriving found the receptionist abit abrubt not alot of eye contact didn't seem very welcoming hotel was advertised as 5 star decor was very nice and in a great location but it didn't live up to its 5 stars because of the attitude of the receptionist and the choice of food could have been better as my husband is vegaratian and it was very limited i must say the waiting staff were very friendly and accomadating also i thought the price of the drinks round the pool were abit steep also the food could be labelled better as my daughter ate something which had nuts luckly she isn't allergic to them
