“Great week in Punta Cana”
Staff is excellent especially Judith at the concierge. Very helpful!! Restaurants and pools were great. Room was large and housekeeping was on it. Waiters at Toro were a lot of fun especially since we were celebrating a special occasion. Definitely recommend staying here.

“A fantastic family trip”
We had a great time. The rooms were very comfortable and well outfitted. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows left a little to be desired. The food was very good as well. We had a great time. The rooms were very comfortable and well outfitted. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows left a little to be desired. The food was very good as well. What stood out most though was the service. Very friendly staff and very willing to help with issues. Our butlers, Reydisson and Cristobal, did their best to help us get the vacation we wanted; very accommodating and willing to go the extra step. Our server at the pool, Gladys, was an absolute doll and could not have been kinder; a good, hard working human whom we remember fondly. As a team they took great care of us. My one drawback was the view ..we paid for an upgraded room with Ocean view, and called several times to make sure our children's room was in the same building on the same floor, but they did not accommodate upon arrival. And Ocean view was a sideways lean around the back of the restaurant. LOL overall though, our stay was great and the trip was a family success! Hoping to go back with extended family in the future.

“Paradise found.”
Overall this is an impressive resort. Many pools, bars and restaurants and recreational facilities. The food is pretty good, the beach is beautiful and the service is excellent, very nice people work here and try hard to make your stay pleasurable. The food is pretty good, the beach is beautiful and the service is excellent, very nice people work here and try hard to make your stay pleasurable. Shout out to our butler Angel Cadet who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy from the start to the finish of our vacation.
