The hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms are very comfortable, always fresh and clean, the areas and hallways are clean, the food is very tasty and well prepared, the drinks are delicious, with an excellent bar service, the entertainment is very well coordinated during the day and at night, the shows are spectacular, very good sound, the DJ (Jesus) is very attentive and friendly, above all, accommodating, playing and playing all kinds of music of all nationalities and for all ages, both for the young and the old, this guy its very good at his job, he cares about always pleasing the guests, always with a smile when they approach him to ask for a song, I have been to different hotels and the DJs are not so friendly or accommodating, I definitely recommend this hotel and we will return on our next vacation in the summer...We are old and we didn't have to go to the DJ (Jesus) to ask him to play songs of our ages because he played them, we have always vacationed in Riu hotels and they are always very good but this time it was excellent, much better, it exceeded all our expectations, so when you come to this hotel, don't hesitate to approach the DJ (Jesus), very friendly, we only approached him once to ask for a change, then we realized that he always plays good music for all ages this guy does a very good job...😌

“Amazing getaway!”
I had the best time ever with friends and family. From the cleanliness, to the soul food and good music. I had a complete blast! And would do it all over again.

“Very nice stay, though a bit crowded”
On the positive side: Beautiful property, many pools, several restaurants and ample food options, great beach. On the negative: Lots of people, loq quality wine.

“Lovely Family Vacation”

My husband and two teenage daughters spend one week in February at this property. We were impressed by the quality of everything from the rooms to the attention to detail in the walkways, the lobby and the pools. The property is VERY well maintained...the palms are constantly being trimmed, the walkways are clean. Our room even had 3 queen beds so we could all spread out nicely. We appreciated the many restaurant options but found the food, overall, was average and the drinks were watered down. However, the pools were wonderful - we never had problems finding chairs. The beach was beautiful and there are folks on the beach to help you get set up. It would have been nice if there were beach umbrellas, but we were able to move around to find shade on the beach when needed. Overall, I would definitely return and recommend this property to my friends!!
