“Italian restaurant”
Kevin Ramos at the Italian restaurant was amazing, very professional and helpful, he made our dinner magical. The hotel is nice, pools are clean and the food quality is ok. The rooms are super spacious and renovated. We will definitely come back

“A great place for a vacation.”
Travelled to the club for the first time and returned a few weeks ago. By and large had a great time so no major complaints. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and the pool was gorgeous. Travelled to the club for the first time and returned a few weeks ago. By and large had a great time so no major complaints. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and the pool was gorgeous. Really liked the set up here. Big but not so as to make it difficult to get around. The beach was amazing and the water was turquoise blue, and you could walk for miles. Not much shade to be had though. The buffet was quite good with many choices of food offered. There were 6 restaurants, 4 that did not require reservations, although they were so busy that there were lineups. Having said that it is a good idea to reserve space the day you arrive otherwise good luck. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The buildings 3 stories high and nicely designed. Our one complaint was the air conditioner in our room [#7222] had two settings. Off or high. No low setting, which made the AC quite noisy. The nightly entertainment was good but the theatre show productions were amateurish in production. [direction and design] All in all it was it was a great trip and we would go again in a heartbeat.

Recently went with family to this resort and have to say that it was a wonderful week. The room was bright and spacious. It was kept clean during our stay. The mini fridge was stocked up daily. The rooms, beach, pool and dining room are all within walking distance. Loved the food, lots of variety with each meal. Friendly and helpful staff. There is also nightly entertainment and daily activities. Always felt safe during our stay.

“Venders ruin the experience”

The hotel itself is pretty good. This is what I would consider a budget resort. This is not a knock on the facility, it’s what we expected for our first trip to the Dominican. The rooms were great. The staff was great and the food was pretty good. The buffet was adequate, full options. The restaurants were above par in our opinion. The only downfall for the week were the over aggressive venders the resort allowed in to harass the patrons. You had at least 10 tables set up with everybody having the same thing and you couldn’t walk past them without them aggressively coming over and trying to get you to buy their stuff. Keep in mind every table had the same thing. When you’re trying to get to your reservations for dinner and you have a 10 minute window these people were pretty annoying. I’m not talking about the people on the beach trying to sell you stuff …. I’m talking about the people that the resort allowed onto their property right outside. The restaurants Secondly, be prepared to be harassed by timeshare people. Now the resort is going to say these people do not work for them however, their offices are set up on the resort. So before oceans blue or the H 10 people come on saying we don’t have anything to do with those people… You obviously allow it. It would be a great place for a family on a budget had it not been for these inconveniences.
