“Fantastic butler”
Had a great trip. Our butler, Antonio Castillo was amazing. He greeted us each day, checked to make sure everything was good, and made recommendations and dinner reservations for us. Service at bars was a bit slow. Spa service was great. Wonderful massage and really enjoyed the hydro therapy.

“Amazing resort”
My husband and I and three other couples stayed at this hotel from February 11 to the 18th. The grounds were spectacular. We were in building six by the ocean. My husband and I and three other couples stayed at this hotel from February 11 to the 18th. The grounds were spectacular. We were in building six by the ocean. It is quite a large resort we had a personal butler. His name was Antonio Castillo. I can't say enough about his services. He was always on top of making sure we were taken care of. He made sure of our à la carte restaurants always checked in. Talk to him on a regular basis. Helped us find different things. The food was amazing tons to see and do on the resort. The beach was amazing as well. I would definitely highly recommend this resort. I give it an eight out of 10.

our friends that are family, and I have returned to this resort year after year. All ages are comfortable and happy here! The resort size, beach and welcoming staff are always highlights. We do diamond club, and our Butler Denis went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. The royal fit team - Juan, Victor, David all our highlights of our day with morning, yoga and midday water aerobics. we enjoyed pickleball but wished for a bit of shade. Aracelis in the spa is an absolute gift. Wait staff, Juan at Jade made our family feel special. Beach staff Juan Carlos started our day with smiles. The app kind of stunk & vibe activities hard to track this year.

“A good place to stay”
A little smaller than expected but still amazing!!! We have diamond club and it’s only worth it because of the butler making you reservations but even then it’s not guaranteed you get in anywhere. The staff is very friendly and fun! The buffet food is definitely not the best but it’s edible

My spouse and I went to Royalton Punta Cana with friends had an awesome time. The staff were attentive and pleasant. Our butler, Antonio, was THE BEST! Each day he sent event and dinner information and suggestions, and promptly addressed our questions and requests. Whenever we return we will definitely request Antonio. The check-in process, in the Diamond Clib suite, was very smooth, and the food and beverages, that were provided, were delicious as well. The resort had plenty of dinner options (Italian, Japanese, etc.) and areas to converse or relax on the property. The beaches were clean and allowed appropriate spacing from other guests. However, people coming to sell/market their products or services were disruptive, and they returned even after saying no several times. The resort should address this. It would be nice to have a separate beach and/or pool for Diamond Club guests, similar to Hideaway guests. The spa services were nice and the staff were, for the most part, friendly and engaging. The rooms can use an update. The bathroom shower was dated and had lots of cracks in the grout and old repairs were visible. Also, guests on the first floor on one side of the resort have minimal privacy from staff, who drive and walk in the area. A privacy fence should be installed to allow guests the ability to sit on the balcony peacefully. The shows were nice - nothing extravagant, but good for cute night entertainment. The music in the club was good, but small and with limited seating A few recommendations: Ensure you bring money in advance to properly tip the staff when being serviced. Try all of the restaurants if possible. It’s good to have variety. Go as a Diamond Club guest. The perks make the trip even better!
