“Winter Stay”
As always excellent accommodations! With the virus concerns this place was very safe. Employees were instructed on procedures. Things were constantly washed down. Yes they did shutdown quite a bit according to the DR laws. We left early no issue. AirTransat did an excellent job in getting us home.… more
As always excellent accommodations! With the virus concerns this place was very safe. Employees were instructed on procedures. Things were constantly washed down. Yes they did shutdown quite a bit according to the DR laws. We left early no issue. AirTransat did an excellent job in getting us home. Yes there was some confusion with the advisories and getting ahold of them. Totally understandable, they plane ride home was not crowded and very pleasant ! Congrads to all who kept up safe and got us home ! Thank you. We will be returning next November, pending the travel restrictions that are in place. Can not wait to rebook flight and accommodations!

Residential Cocotal is a very safe place to live and it s location is very central. The buildings of Golf Suites are very clean and well maintained. Residential Cocotal is a very safe place to live and it s location is very central. The buildings of Golf Suites are very clean and well maintained. Half of the apartments have a golf view and the other half has a garden and road view. At day time it is really nice to have the golf in front and see the golfers playing. Its very relaxing. Very quiet place. At night there are no lights in the golf, would be amazing if they would put a few lights on the small road they did around the different lakes. When walking at night in the golf, is a bit dark right now.

This is our 3rd year staying here . Once you get to know the staff they treat you like family. There are no problems. If you have one they address it right away . This is our 3rd year staying here . Once you get to know the staff they treat you like family. There are no problems. If you have one they address it right away . The resort is constantly being maintenances . Even after all the major storms , you do not see the damage, they are constantly maintaining the grounds . The golf is excellent and the staff is outstanding . Strongly recommend for a holiday or winter getaway !

We came Nov/16 and leave Apr/17. This is our second year , last year we only here in Golf Suites for 1 month . We were so impressed we booked this year , and planning next year . There were some small issues but with the new online work orders all the issues were resolved very quickly . The staff is excellent and Serge is very helpful and works very hard implementing new procedures . Strongly recommend for holidays and the golf is excellent ! Will be back next year !
