“Calm amongst the frentic of an airport ”
Had an early flight so checked in here the day before at 3. A very calm environment with great outside spaces including a pool. Room is ok size and modern. Had a nice meal in restaurant. Breakfast seemed pricey at 19 euro each so went to lounge instead. Overall good value

“We spent almost 24 hours due to the possibility of a late 5 pm check out which was perfect as we had late flight”
Perfect location and very nice hotel, all the staff were very helpful and pleasant, tram stop a few meters from door so Bordeaux was easy to visit . Pool area was very good and restaurant excellent. This was our 3rd stay and a very good choice and better than any other hotels we have used in past y… more

“Great airport hotel”
We stayed one night. The location is very good and only a short drive from the terminals. The hotel provide a request shuttle service and we had information about this in the confirmation. We stayed one night. The location is very good and only a short drive from the terminals. The hotel provide a request shuttle service and we had information about this in the confirmation. It may be helpful to note that the actual pick up point is outside door 5 at the “Point de Rassemblement 4” (near the car rental area). Also the tram has a stop nearby with good connedctions to downtown (and the airport). Our room was spacious, quiet and clean and equipped with a mini fridge, a/c, safe and a chair. We only missed a second chair, but no big issue. Obviously most of the tv channels including CNN were in French, BBC World News fortunately in English. The surroundings of the hotel are good and the restaurant had a nice terrace. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good. The team members we encountered were all friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay here.

“Needs better information on the app”
I was arriving quite late at night and it was after 9 pm when I had collected my luggage. I had used the app to book and looked for the hotel information on the Accor App. This states that the hotel is “A few steps from Bordeaux Airport”. I was arriving quite late at night and it was after 9 pm when I had collected my luggage. I had used the app to book and looked for the hotel information on the Accor App. This states that the hotel is “A few steps from Bordeaux Airport”. I foolishly believed this to be the case and set out in the direction Google Maps took me. It was difficult to find a walking route initially but I then found a cycle lane with no cycles. It is not a few steps, it took me 30 minutes to walk it. I wasn’t walking that fast as I was hauling two suitcases in the rain but I don’t think anyone could walk it in less than 20 minutes, and it was dark and raining. So when I arrived at the hotel and saw there was a small bus with “Airport transfer” written on the side I had a sense of humour failure. I could not find any mention of this on the App. I had also checked in on line but still had to queue and wait for my room key from the receptionist, I fail to see the point of checking in online if this is the case. My room on the 3rd floor was fine, a double bed, reasonably warm and a separate toilet and shower room. There was a kettle with tea bags and coffee but as I found out in the morning there was no milk although there was a small fridge in the room, which was empty. I don’t know if milk is usually provided but in this case it wasn’t.
