“Good location, good value, good service”
Hotel up to Campanile standard. Good location for visit to Arles and easy to access from main roads. Clean. Breakfast ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Have visited multiple times and will return. Recommended.

The beds were comfortable, there is a long and functional work desk, good lighting, and some storage area. The rooms are not large, but adequate. As chain hotels go in France, Campanile is a good choice, more comfortable than many others, and the rooms are less oppressive. The wifi worked well, and there are tea and coffee making facilities (alas, with paper cups…) that are not common in France. One criticism – the flat screen TV is built into a console in such a way that guests are unable to connect their own USB drive or HDMI cable to play their own movies or video content. For some people this in itself may be enough of a reason to avoid Campanile – management, take notice!

“Great location, budget accommodation”
The location is fantastic. Just a 10 minute walk from the center of Arles. Secure, free on-site parking. Manage expectations - it's a budget hotel. There's liquid soap dispenser in sink and shower. Two towels (no hand towels). Rooms *should be* air conditioned. The A/C in our room was broken, which wasn't divulged when we checked in. Fortunately, we were able to switch rooms, albeit one with two single beds (when it's 30 degree Celsius outside, I want mt A/C!). The room was adequate for one night. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean enough. Staff was friendly. There's a restaurant on site, but we didn't use it.

Stayed in the hotel 5-9 September, the hotel is approximately 10 mins walk from Arles centre and it is located next to a shopping centre with a number of fast food outlets. Check in was quick and efficient, staff were friendly. We were allocated room 220, the room and bathroom were spacious enough, desk, double bed, wardrobe, bath, shower and free wifi. The wifi worked well but I did have to keep logging back into it. The room had tea and coffee making facilities. To access rooms on the first and second floor you have to walk up a winding concrete staircase so if you have any mobility issues ask for a room on the ground floor. On the first night we had dinner at the hotel, there is a buffet starter and dessert with a la carte for the main course. Dinner was plentiful and reasonably priced. Breakfast is also a buffet and is charged at 9.90 euros, so good value depending on what you eat! The hotel reception is manned 24hrs a day. Upon checkout which was quick and efficient we were given a bottle of white wine by the Manger (thank you very much) He also provided us with a coffee while we waited for our taxi. Overall good hotel for the price, decent location and I would stay again.
