“Great hotel”
This hotel is in a great location, near the train station and town. The staff is very nice and helpful. Everything is clean and spacious. Wifi worked very well and it was nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. The beds were comfy and the balcony was big. I'll definitely be back here.

Great little hotel only 10 minutes to seafront and la Croisette. Exceptional value for money . It is a little dated but does not seem to matter - superior rooms all with south facing balconies, great outside terrace with chairs and recliners and then also a rooftop sun terrace !! Great little hotel only 10 minutes to seafront and la Croisette. Exceptional value for money . It is a little dated but does not seem to matter - superior rooms all with south facing balconies, great outside terrace with chairs and recliners and then also a rooftop sun terrace !! Breakfast was well worth the money . Definitely would recommend. Helpful friendly staff.

“Great old/new hotel”
In general we have enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is walking distance from everything such as the train and bu station,beach and festival palace. You need to walk uphill for couple of minutes to reach the hotel which you will give you the chance to enjoy the breakfast time. Very nice and helpful… more
In general we have enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is walking distance from everything such as the train and bu station,beach and festival palace. You need to walk uphill for couple of minutes to reach the hotel which you will give you the chance to enjoy the breakfast time. Very nice and helpful staff and clean room. It was obvious that the hotel building is old but in good shape and service which is not a surprise for a central hotel. The view from the restaurant during breakfast and sunrise was worthy to pay for it. To suggest some improvement; more types of cheese on the breakfast (come on we are in France), easier way to control the AC in the room and some enrichment in the room and bathroom such as more types of shampoo and shower gel, show cleaner, etc... In summary, I hope to stay there again whenever I visit Cannes :)

This was our second visit at this hotel and we were pleased the same way as the first time we visited. Nothing fancy on the contrary, even on the outdated side, however well maintained and the staff is really helpful and professional. If you do not want to spend ridiculous amount of money in the main Croisette Hotels during the peak seasons, this is a very good address. It is very close to the beach and everything else you may need. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples or even for small families as the rooms are quite big for the area.

The hotel is nestled up a hill only a few blocks away from where the action is in Cannes and there is a parking garage if you have a car, so for me, it was ideal. The hotel is nestled up a hill only a few blocks away from where the action is in Cannes and there is a parking garage if you have a car, so for me, it was ideal. There is a fee for the car for overnight but it wasn’t ridiculous like some of the other garages I had to put the car inside. Walking inside the lobby, I was excited about the colors and modern, yet relaxing atmosphere. The people at the front desk were very friendly. When we got upstairs to the room, we were a little taken aback by the colors of yellow and red and a brown bathroom because it didn’t match downstairs. In general, as long as the room is clean, I am content but at this price point, I was expecting it to be more modern. However, the saving grace is the view from rooms. I was looking into people’s apartments, but it’s beautiful and to the left you see the mountain. The restaurant upstairs didn’t have many options for my friend who is a vegetarian, but I enjoyed what I ordered. Just make sure to call up and make a reservation otherwise they’ll chastise you slightly and try to rush you to order and then disappear when you want the check. Good times. However, the food was on point. I had scallops in a delicious risotto and sea bream covered in zucchini. For dessert, rosè poached pears with crumble sprinkled on top. The drink we both ordered was supposed to be Campari and orange juice, but it was definitely grapefruit juice. I’m still not certain if it was even the right drink, but hey, it’s alcohol.
