On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Monaco gem”
The best for the price you can get in Monaco. The lobby and elevator smells little bit as it is an old building, but the rooms dont and they are reconstructed, with new beds and furniture. The best for the price you can get in Monaco. The lobby and elevator smells little bit as it is an old building, but the rooms dont and they are reconstructed, with new beds and furniture. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The location is amazing. Its between two ports, near shopping center, old town, literally everything. The staff was nice. The breakfast selection wasnt large, but everything was fresh. I definetly plan comming back.

Its not that expensive but it looks very luxurius. Good service to. I forgot medicine wich was still in the fridge in the room. We were already at the airport. So we called the hotel, talked to the manager, explained, and they called grap delivery service and whitin 1 hour my medicine was deliverd at the airport. So a lot off thumbs up for the hotel and also for grab. If we come back to KL we will defitnily stat at this hotel again

Ambience in room and room service too good for money. Good food. High priced buffet lunch and alcarte. Welcoming staffs in front office are too good. We were served by one Suresh and Kumar. They look experienced and guided us completely without a hindrance. I had an issue of not taking my personal phn charger so I felt that there could have been a standing charge station or charger on request facility as we expect everything to be available being a 5* hotel. But it wasn't provided even after asking. No proper Hot water facility.

“Excellent location.”
Very friendly staff. Enjoyable breakfast. Rooms clean but not very inspiring. We played cards in a party of 10 persons in the lobby, which was appreciated by the hotel staff. Wine an beer was offered, we brought our own snacks. We played cards several afternoons in September 2019.
