“Excellent hotel”
I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. What really stood out to me was the staff – they were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help.… more

My fifth floor room had a high ceiling, great water pressure for the bath and shower, small balcony with an east facing view, 2 wardrobes for plenty ganging space. The hotel's location is soo handy, close to the tram line (stop is Massena) and the old town, Galéries Lafayette is the next block. There are a lot of cafés and restaurants in the area. I will returning soon. Merci à tous!

“Great location, superb staff!”
A nice hotel in a great location with superb staff. We booked a deluxe room with a balcony, the room was a good size with an extremely comfortable king size bed, quality bedding and great pillows. A nice hotel in a great location with superb staff. We booked a deluxe room with a balcony, the room was a good size with an extremely comfortable king size bed, quality bedding and great pillows. The balcony is very small, but sufficient for a small table and 2 chairs. The room was spotlessly clean. Every single member of staff that we encountered could not have been more helpful and courteous. It was my partner's birthday during our stay and the staff delivered a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and a card to our room which was a very kind gesture. Plenty of good quality food and drink options nearby The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the fact that the toilet is not actually in the bathroom but in a separate (very very small) room, which actually felt more like a cupboard than a room and the extraction fan was either not working or not sufficient. I particularly didn't like the fact that there was no wash basin in the toilet area as there just isn't enough room for one, so after using the loo you then have to come back in to the bedroom and then in to the bathroom to use the basin, bidet or shower. It reminded me of the sort of loo that people in the UK wanting a downstairs loo sometimes squeeze in to a downstairs cupboard beneath the stairs, but even smaller. It certainly wouldn't suit you if you are claustrophobic. Other than the strange separate toilet layout (which the staff told me is not uncommon in France, although other hotels I've stayed in when in France actually had the toilet in the bathroom) I would happily recommend the hotel based on the superb location and the excellent staff. Personally, I would be very happy to stay there again, but only if I could be guaranteed a room with the toilet actually in the bathroom next time.

“Value for money”
A nice hotel in a good location. Helpful, friendly, and efficient staff. Room was clean and serviced at a convenient time each day. An all round value for money hotel in a beautiful city.
