My wife and I stayed at Hotel 64 in Nice from 4th to 10th January 2025, and we had an excellent experience! The hotel room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location is incredibly convenient—just a 6-minute walk to Gare de Nice Ville Train Station, making it perfect for exploring Nice and beyond. The hotel staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. A special shoutout to the reception team for their warm hospitality! The neighborhood is also great, with a KFC right next to the hotel, a tram stop nearby, and a Chinese fast-food restaurant just across the street. Overall, Hotel 64 made our stay in Nice truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nice!

The proximity of this hotel to train station, and being close to all restaurants and cafe's is superb. What sets this hotel apart is its staff. They go above and beyond in making the stay comfortable. The room was extremely comfortable, and large for Parisian sizes. Even though we had a corner room facing the main street, it was still noise proof. Pillows and bedding was extremely comfortable. The water and coffee was a huge bonus.

Small but clean rooms with flatscreen tv and spacious bathroom.

Great location and great staff very supportive and friendly. Thank you Maurice and the team ! The room was great , big enough . AC was good and the room was cleaned everyday with Fresh towels. The hotel has a convenient location, being in short walking distance to the railway station Nice-Ville. Since it is also on the city's main artery, the pedestrianised Avenue Jean-Médécin, one can walk in 10 to 15 minutes along it to the Place Masséna and from there to the old town. Reception was friendly and I was given a room (a 'chambre double classique sans balcon') on the fifth floor with a view towards a courtyard. It was thus quiet at night. There was a big double bed (with four almost too thick pillows) and good lighting, but limited storage space. On arrival it had a complimentary small water bottle, but there is no fridge. A/C could not be left turned on at night, since it was blowing into one's face, when in bed. WiFi had to be reconnected every time, when one left the room. Room service was good, but the daily change of towels is a bit exaggerated. Bathroom and Toilet are on separate sides of the room (with no washbasin in the toilet). For a good restaurant with Cuisine Niçoise or Provençale one had to walk all the way to the old town. Around the hotel were mainly foreign fast food joint, like a Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in the same building or a 'China Fast Food' just opposite. Breakfast is not included, but can be had for 12 Euro on the ground floor.
