On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Brilliant hotel”
Brilliant location with a lovely view really helpful friendly staff and clean room will defiantly stay again looking over a water fountain park in nice and rooms cleaned with fresh towels everyday Very close to shops and restaurants and cafes

At the time the staff were fab, helpful and friendly. The place was clean and very good location. Small room and tiny shower. No air con when we went. Just a small fan in the room. Even so, I would go again .....

The good thing about the hotel is it is just the walking distance to the center and compare to other hotels in nice it is really cheap. The good thing about the hotel is it is just the walking distance to the center and compare to other hotels in nice it is really cheap. If it is hot summer time be aware that this hotel has no air condition. The bath and toilet are too small and it can be like a hell. The room itself also very small. But as I said for this price it is ok. The hotel is not perfectly clean but for a holiday in Nice 5 days, such conditions can be bearable. No problem. I was exhausted after the whole day traveling I only came to the hotel for sleep. So nothing bothered me much.
