Great location within a 10 min walking distance from tram, railway station and sea front. The rooms are clean, adequately furnished and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Loads of restaurants and bars within a few minutes. It's the fourth time we have stayed at the hotel and would highly recommend it as a great value for money hotel in Nice.

Well located, excellent crew, clean and confortable. “Great stay in a fantastic city”

The hotel is in a great location, being close to both the main train station, the tram stop for the airport (Jean-Medicin) and a pleasant 10 minute stroll to the Promenade. We managed to get into our room early when we arrived which was much appreciated and check-in/check-out were both really smooth. We had breakfast there one of our mornings (we like to try local places when we travel), it was decent quality with all the usual continental offerings, 15euro pp. The room was clean, some of the furnishings are looking slightly tired but it didn’t really bother me, and our view was the bins, but again it wasn’t an issue as we were really only sleeping there. The beds were ok. There were no drawers which I found a bit strange? The power on the hairdryer isn’t great if you have hair any longer than your shoulders so bring your own! We were able to store luggage on our last day and reception kindly printed my boarding passes for me which was really helpful. The area around the hotel has a nice vibe and of course Nice is a fantastic place to explore. If I was returning I think I would probably prefer to stay slightly closer to the Old Town, purely because that’s where we spent most of our evenings, but you really can’t go wrong here if you want a good base!

Simple but clean and nice hotel in a good location. Sufficient for a stay of a few days. Nice receptionists.
