“Location, location ,Location with great staff”
From the outside this is not amodern slick hotel. Walk inside and the staff is ready to serve with changed for the tram and bus, information on how to get around and a friendly greeting. Rooms are huge. Bathrooms are huge. Pretty quiet at night. Great little bistro for breakfast about a block away… more

Very close to tram ..takes you right down to the port , beach and beautiful Nice.

“Good budget hotel in a great location”
Located an easy drag of the suitcase from the train station, it is in an edgy part of town,in the old centre Rooms basic though clean,quiet, comfortable and all we needed. “Budget hotel”
Hotel is an easy 5 minute walk from the Nice Ville train station. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. About 15-20 minute walk to Promenades des Anglais. Hotel is an easy 5 minute walk from the Nice Ville train station. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. About 15-20 minute walk to Promenades des Anglais. Our room was very dated, and cleanliness of the bathroom was not the best. The shower stall doors were broken and would not close which made it difficult to shower without flooding the floor. It was obvious that they had been that way for a long time. Hotel was full so no option to change rooms. No fridge in room but AC worked well. Carpets in the hallways were atrocious, very stained and worn.
