For our entire stay at your hotel, it is highly recommended, especially the receptionist in the morning, a blonde hair woman, she was very accommodating and we felt very welcomed 10 stars for her🥳. Except for other receptionist, a black hair woman, who was on duty last Sunday (Feb 9) around 3pm, we asked her for water when we arrived at the hotel,because we get a free bottle of water with our booking every day, the way she responded to us was not good, and the way she spoke to us. She didn't even smile. As if i owe the water to her. 🙄

Our accommodation experience as two adults and two children was fantastic. We were satisfied with every moment from our check-in to our check-out. The cleanliness and hygiene were excellent. The room had an incredibly comfortable double bed and a sofa that converted into a cozy bed for two. The pillow menu allowed us to choose the perfect pillow to suit our preferences. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from an umbrella to shaving supplies. The in-room tea and coffee station, replenished daily with delicious coffee, was a delightful touch. The welcome macarons were absolutely delicious. I will never forget the surprise my husband arranged with the hotel staff for my birthday—our room was beautifully decorated, and a cake was prepared for us. The hotel is in the heart of the city, offering stunning views of the cathedral and the main street. Despite its central location, it was incredibly peaceful and quiet. The staff was very helpful and customer-oriented, and if they are reading this, I would like to express my gratitude once again. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

“Excellent”
Very nice and clean place. Perfect location. Very near to the shops and the sea. Helpful staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. You can also enjoy a nice coffee in the bar located in the entrance. A good choice if you will be staying in Nice for a couple of days.
