“Great location and friendly staff”
Great location - very close to train station, tram stop, main shopping street, restaurants, etc. Quiet and peaceful, comfy bed, friendly staff, good A/C. The decor is a little tired but this didn't bother us! We would recommend and would return.

Bedding, AC and wifi were fine and service was friendly. Breakfast is available but there are plenty of options nearby. It is a 5 min walk to the station so it gets points for location

“Adequate basic accomodation”
Small room with very basic fittings, public toilet style tissue dispenser and soap. Nice big towels and comfy bed and bedding, good pillows. Dated corridors and signs of wear and tear. Room smelt of dogs for some reason. Was clean though although basic. Breakfast was good selection in a cheerful b… more
Small room with very basic fittings, public toilet style tissue dispenser and soap. Nice big towels and comfy bed and bedding, good pillows. Dated corridors and signs of wear and tear. Room smelt of dogs for some reason. Was clean though although basic. Breakfast was good selection in a cheerful breakfast room. The rooms didn't appear as nice as the pictures. Probably a 20 min walk to the sea front but 2 mins walk to nice ville station. There is a tram to the beach but the walk is pleasant. The old town is beautiful as is the beach. It was fine for one night but I wouldn't stay here again. Staff were pleasant, they had an iron to use and stored our baggage
