“Great stay”

I stayed here when it was called La Malmaison, before the renovation. I loved this place! The people at the reception were so friendly that it felt like a home away from home. Which is especially wonderful when you're a solo traveller. The room was very quiet, just as I requested. I would defo stay here again! The only thing that in my opinion could improve is the breakfast, as some more healthy options would have been welcome. Also, the girl who works there is not friendly at all. But these were minor things to me. I loved the hotel, its cosy and friendly vibe, and I loved my room. Most of all, I felt very welcome and seen.

“A perfectly situated hotel with delightful staff”

We stayed for a long weekend in November from the moment we arrived the staff were unbelievably great. The receptionist on arrival talked us through what was happening with the hotel, at they were starting to close it all down for it to be fully refurbished ready for next year. Not that we would of known if she hadn't said, it was so quiet even though they were carrying out work on the floors above ours. we never saw any workman in the whole time (4 days) we were there. The staff couldn't be more helpful, talking through how to get around Nice providing a map and marking it with helpful hints. Showing us how to get to the train station for our trip to visit Monaco. The hotel is so brilliantly sited in Nice 10-15 minutes walk from the promenade, Old Town, Shopping area and the train station it was so easy to get around. Breakfast was great and plentiful with the pastries lovely and fresh each day. It was great to see a hotel providing boxed cartoned water in the fridge and then a machine to refill them rather than using plastic bottles. A great idea! The room was very comfortable and well set out with everything you need, including free movies on the TV, if you have the time to watch them, which we did not. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit to Nice so great, we look forward to coming back and seeing the changes you are completing over the coming months.

“Great location and friendly staff”
Centrally located between train station (4 blocks) and the beach (4 blocks). Conveniently located to springboard trips to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes. Rooms were comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggested restaurants that were delicious but not touristy. We highly recommend.

“Very comfortable stay, highly recommended!”
Great location, friendly and attentive staff, comfortable quiet room and good amenities, all at a reasonable price for Nice. The rooms are not huge, but large enough for a couple. This was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended!
