A charming hotel ideally placed five minutes from the tram stop, ten minutes from the train station, and five minutes to the beach. A charming hotel ideally placed five minutes from the tram stop, ten minutes from the train station, and five minutes to the beach. The cheaper room was a little small, but I was travelling on my own so it wasn't a problem, but had a large window, and small balcony. Reception was always manned with polite and helpful staff. I had no problem with the noise levels day or night. I would stay again.

“Nice, charming and lots of atmosphere.”
Such a nice hotel. Warm welcome. Nice room with lots of atmosphere. Can only recommend staying here if you want a stay with a personal touch. Located close to the beach as well as the center and old town. The hotel was decorated so nice for the christmas season.

“A beautiful place.”
The hotel was a pleasant surprise for my wife and I. Our room was small but cosy. The staff was very helpful and kind, they deserve all the credit and respect they can get. “Needed that break!”
Great affordable hotel with a fantastic position close to the promenade and to all amenities. There was some rain but the weather was mild and when the sun broke through, which it did frequently, it was positively balmy. “A nice little hideaway in Nice.”
Quaint little hotel a few blocks from Avenue d'Anglais. Away from the buzz of Old Nice but easy to get to if you are a walker. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Not a good hotel if you have mobility issues as there are lots of steps. Rooms are lovely - although I would recommend a superior… more
Quaint little hotel a few blocks from Avenue d'Anglais. Away from the buzz of Old Nice but easy to get to if you are a walker. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Not a good hotel if you have mobility issues as there are lots of steps. Rooms are lovely - although I would recommend a superior room - my first night at the start of my trip was not a superior room, and although comfortable - no light and no view. Superior room at the end of my trip was perfect. It is an old building so do bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper - walls are thin, but the city is quiet at night in this area.
