“Lovely hotel; great location”

A lovely town house hotel in an excellent location in Biarritz with easy walking distance to the city centre. Quirky decor with an art-deco feel. Good size bedroom with terrace; lovely thick bathroom towels and bath robes. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and i spent a great time at la maison du lierre ! We've booked connecting rooms with a beautiful garden view. It was very clean and all the team was very helpful and kind. They also have a yummy brekkie with local products !! Très délicieux Unfortynately, the weather wasn't great but they have a spa on site with sauna and massages so we could relax for a day instead of visiting. Duo massages were awesome by the way. It was our first time in Biarritz and we had such a great moment in this beautiful hotel. We will recommand this place to our friends and family and we will definitely come back here next year. “Wonderful hotel in the center of things.”

The hotel is perfectly situated so that you can walk anywhere in the city for shops, restaurants and the beach. It is a small delightfully friendly hotel next to a very nice park. The hotel is perfectly situated so that you can walk anywhere in the city for shops, restaurants and the beach. It is a small delightfully friendly hotel next to a very nice park. The rooms are quite comfortable, not cramped for space like many of the hotels in France. The petite dejuener was very good. If you have a car, parking on the street can be a challenge finding a spot. All the spots are typically "payant" and are not inexpensive to park during the day. Free at night until 9am. We loved our stay and definitely would go back again.

Absolute Gem of a Hotel ! We stayed for 4 nights in September. Had a lovey king size bed and large opening French windows , the room was very quiet, even with the windows open. Absolute Gem of a Hotel ! We stayed for 4 nights in September. Had a lovey king size bed and large opening French windows , the room was very quiet, even with the windows open. The room was a perfect temperature, slightly cool which was good as it was very hot outside . Ceiling fan was great at night to keep the air moving . There was A/C but we didn’t need it . Lovely bathroom and amazing shower . Room and hotel was absolutely spotless, and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there on our first morning which was absolutely lovely, all fresh and local produce. We actually got engaged during this holiday, and are bringing the whole family to Biarritz in June for the “ honeymoon “ and we will all be staying at this hotel ! It’s a great location for shops and access to the main beaches and restaurant.
