“Wet but a good holiday location”

The staff from manger Down to main man on bar demis were very polite and helpful highly recommended this place. Breakfast in the morning was very nice. Rooms where what you need for do it yourself holiday big thank you to all staff. Close the beach and main local down with access to rest of island.

The room was nice and clean but basic, the balcony was probably the best thing about it and the AC worked well. Had no issues with hot water and overall I was very happy to stay here. The room was nice and clean but basic, the balcony was probably the best thing about it and the AC worked well. Had no issues with hot water and overall I was very happy to stay here. It isn't fancy but it has everything you need for a great holiday. The pool is a great touch and it isn't heated but you don't need it to be in Corfu! Refreshing on a hot day. I have to say that the highlight of the trip was our bartender, Demis from Crete. He was great to talk to and we became very friendly with him over our 5 night stay. He worked with the limited bar he had to make us some fantastic drinks and cocktails and honestly he made us feel very welcome and at home at Thinalos. He was always happy to help with suggestions for the local area and I enjoyed our talks about Greek history! Thank you Demis, my friend! We hope to see you again.

“More than adequate”

Leaving today 4th October after a lovely relaxing week . Brilliant location for the beach & bars/restaurants along there , also brilliant access to the village where you will find a whole host of shops, bars/restaurants, lovely bakeries & coffee shops . Leaving today 4th October after a lovely relaxing week . Brilliant location for the beach & bars/restaurants along there , also brilliant access to the village where you will find a whole host of shops, bars/restaurants, lovely bakeries & coffee shops . The hotels itself is ‘tired’ & certainly needs an upgrade . Having said that it was perfectly adequate for what we needed . We don’t cook while on holiday so didn’t need a toaster, microwave or oven ( which was great coz these weren’t there) there was a kettle & a fridge ( which had seen better days BUT it worked ) The whole place is very clean & towels & bedding were changed every day . The housekeeping guy , barman & manager were all pleasant & helpful . The pool area is a great size with a great seating area undercover in front of the bar . Sun lounges are certainly in need of an update but again they were adequate . Are at the pool bar once , chips & pizza which were both lovely .

Booked through Easyjet Holidays. Was listed as a 3* and that is exactly as described. Hotel manager was accommodating on arrival. Room was clean. Pool area is clean. Pool sunbeds could do with renewing as many are broken. Not many beds available around the pool, however wasnt busy. On to the rooms… more

Aircon is almost useless, hardly any hot water after a certain time. Dont let that put you off. Would certainly come and stay at this hotel again. The surrounding area is lovely.
