We stayed here with our 3 year old daughter at the end of May. Lovely apartments, spotlessly clean, towels changed every other day. Very comfortable as even though they are only 1 bedroom a real bed was provided for my daughter + sofa bed. Very close to beach, shops and restaurants. The apartments are run by a lovely family who were always very friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the airport even though our plane was delayed and didn't arrive till late at night and dropped us off. They put us in a garden room which was perfect for our little girl as our little patio was right there in the garden so she could play on the slide / playhouse while we sat and had some wine - perfect! + They also do car hire so we were able to have a car for just a couple of days, tour the island and relax the rest of the time. Agia Pelagia is very beautiful, lots of restaurant all fairly good but Mouragio was our favourite. Really authentic delicious food. We also really enjoyed Bravo and El Greco. We will definitely return soon.

I have just returned to the UK with my partner after a week in Agia Pelagia. Although the holiday was not as we expected though no fault of Andys we cannot fault the hotel. The location of the hotel is less than a 3 minute walk to the sea and only 5 minutes away from local shops, bars and restaurants and the service we received from the staff was great. The room was well kept and towels changed daily and the bed was changed once during our 7 day stay. There is a lovely bar practically next door "cafe royal bar" excellent service, friendly atmosphere and a good selection of snacks and drinks. I would suggest this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing and affordable self catering holiday with easy access to the beach and restaurants.

“Fine place for a night close to Heraklion”
We had higher expectations from a place with such a high rating but perhaps we've been spoiled in quiter parts of Crete. You could say adequate and good for the price, but it was just for one night. Bring mossie repellent ...
