Níkos and Costa's run this amazing peaceful piece of heaven! Super clean, nice beds and rooms. The pool is excellent nice comfortable sunbeds and. Snack bar. “Just lovely!”
Just got back from Cosmi and had a fantastic time. Costas waited up until 2.30am to give us our keys and show us our room , after our flight was delayed. Both He and his dad could not have been more helpful during our stay and were always on hand if needed. The apartment was nice and clean as was t… more
Just got back from Cosmi and had a fantastic time. Costas waited up until 2.30am to give us our keys and show us our room , after our flight was delayed. Both He and his dad could not have been more helpful during our stay and were always on hand if needed. The apartment was nice and clean as was the pool area with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. We even had a pair of Canaries in a cage outside our room! Nicos also has another son who is a local taxi driver which was handy (we got a discount too) and he took us to Water City (waterpark is worth a visit). Would I go back? Certainly! Lovely people and place, and a departing hug for myself and son from Nicos topped it off. Hope to see you next year! Paul & Harry

Fabulous apartments in a great location for everywhere in Gouves a couple of mins walk to the beach and bars. The apartments and pool area are spotless with clean towels and sheets on a regular basis. There are plenty of sunbeds and really reasonably priced drinks. The owners Nikos and Costas were there to greet us when we arrived, we’ve had lots of fun and laughter with them over the last 3 weeks. We’ll definitely be back

“Lovely happy holiday”
Just back from cosmi..Niko and costas could not have been any nicer..was quiet for time off year but had some great laughs with them..this place is so clean and well maintained..nikös makes a lövely cup öff coffee in the morning and made us pancakes all free..great hosts..highly recommend..see you… more

“Our stay at Cosmi was ok”
We stayed here for a week. We got there at about 6:00pm and was greeted by Nikos (the Dad) who collected our passports and asked us to come get them later once his son would have made the registration. The room was basic, but clean and cleaned on Wednesday, sheets and towels replaced. We had a nice… more
We stayed here for a week. We got there at about 6:00pm and was greeted by Nikos (the Dad) who collected our passports and asked us to come get them later once his son would have made the registration. The room was basic, but clean and cleaned on Wednesday, sheets and towels replaced. We had a nice view from the balcony and we’re somewhat pleased with the room. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and local shops. The pool area was lovely and the Pool Bar was ok. Nikos offered us an iron during our stay since we didn’t get our clothes ironed before the trip. That was cool. Disliked · The air con was extra at 55 euros for the week (we declined) and had our door and window open most of the time to allow the fresh air in. The Appartements are on the flight path for Heraklion, with a lot of planes passing over. However, we got used to it (the noice) and it was entertaining as my wife will stare at the planes as they fly pass over us :) WiFi wasn’t strong enough to get to our room. The signal was so weak. We were told it was general issue. One other thing we didn’t like were the presence of mosquitoes 🦟 We came back with lots of mosquito bites.
