Arrived v late to find reception super welcoming, and provided mini snacks (in our room) due to unplanned late arrival! Smooth intro and everything about the hotel was explained v well by Nickos. Outdoor pools and indoor (heated) pool were excellent. Beach nearby…with a huge amount of (hotel) beach beds available. Lifeguard to hand as well! Book your cuisines / sit down timings via the hotel app. This is a breakthrough, and some other hotel chains should adopt this new age booking system! Different cuisines available for eve (unsure about lunch as we were HB)….we chose a different cuisine each night. Breakfast ends at 10:30am and you will not go hungry! Plenty to choose from…with fresh juices / smoothies /cheeses / meats / cooked breakfast / fruit etc. Katerina and her colleagues were very helpful and could juggle most languages. The hotel bar is open until 1am with a fantastic drinks menu and is very chilled. Huge beds! Exceptionally clean rooms and balconies. Usual towel allocation and an additional beach towel which was a nice addition. Lovely toiletries. Will we visit again - yes!

Absolutely loved this hotel from the warm welcome to everything about it, we stayed in a swim-up junior suite the room was immaculate the bed was massive and very comfy it was spotlessly clean. The pools were lovely and the setting is very tranquil with private cabanas and sunbeds on the beach (at no extra charge) with waiter service by the pools and beach at the press of a button. The food was of a very high standard having never done half board in Greece before the 5 restaurant choices were a good addition and had a lot of variety the steak house was our favorite cooked to perfection. lovely staff especially Alexis the barman who made the best gin cocktail I have ever tasted and a big shout out to the reservations manager Katerina who really, looked after us. we will 100% return to this beautiful hotel :)

Where to start, our holiday was fantastic. The hotel, gardens, pools and landscaping are immaculate providing a relaxing space around every corner. We booked a swim up room due to an injury earlier this year and needed a ground floor room, everything I needed was accessible using crutches and being creative I was able to use the pool. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite especially Barbara who greeted us at breakfast, which was a veritable feast. All the food was of the highest standard and the presentation was stunning, the only problem was deciding what to choose. We are planning on returning next year and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Hotel staff and their service were both excellent, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The guest relations manager Katerina was extremely helpful throughout our stay in looking after us, especially in organising our private dinner (see below) and when we required a room for our late departure. The food from all 5 restaurants was delicious, we enjoyed every meal. We were lucky enough to be treated (by friends) to a private sunset dinner on the beach to celebrate on our honeymoon - a special experience we will always remember. Room with private garden and jacuzzi was brilliant, would highly recommend. Plenty of great facilities which were all clean and to a high standard.
