Hotel Wellness Spa Services at the Venus. A very friendly and well organised hotel. We met Ivana on our first day at breakfast . It is well worth booking a couple of treatments here at the Venus. Ivana was my spa therapist . Today I had an incredible facial , gentle but firm , l could have drifted off into a deep sleep . Ivana added in a wonderful arm hands and décolleté massage, finishing with a deep head massage . My daughter and l booked a couple of treatments over our holiday the last one was today . We first had a deep tissue massage , again with Ivana . It is a holiday treat but so worth it and l think we are :) A big thank you Ivana

“A very tranquil spot with fantastic staff”
Paralos Venus Suites is a hotel in a very tranquil spot. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and it’s a very calm place to spend time recharging. The rooms are lovely, the staff are warm and attentive. Ivana at the spa is great - I had a massage and facial and it was very relaxing.

I arrived late on the 31st of August after delays at Stansted for a 10 night stay. Check-in was quick and simple in my room (rm 308) within 10 minutes. I had a platter of cold meats, fruit, water, and a bottle of Red Wine. The room and entire complex were spotless, and I mean spotless. Breakfast and evening meals were within my package. The entire staff are a credit to this hotel. From the ladies on reception, the staff at breakfast and dinner in every area to the cleaning staff. Nothing for anyone was too much trouble. It is hard to express in words how amazing all the staff working here are. I will 100% return. If I had all the staff members' names, each one should be commended in how friendly and professional they are. They deserve all the recognition for making this hotel an amazing place to stay. The chef also deserves a mention because the food was made and delivered with care and obvious expertise. The facilities are 1st class and took up the offer to have a back and shoulder massage at very reasonable prices. Thank you to everyone in the whole team. You made my stay fantastic, which I truly appreciate. 🫶🏽

“Good Hotel, Excellent Staff”
A stylish hotel in a good location close to bars, restaurants and the beach. ALL of the staff were lovely and very competent - Stelios, Aliona & Maria were especially good. A stylish hotel in a good location close to bars, restaurants and the beach. ALL of the staff were lovely and very competent - Stelios, Aliona & Maria were especially good. Food - breakfast buffet is ok but choice is a bit limited, a la carte options are excellent. Dinner is impressive, much higher quality than typical half board packages. Rooms are high spec and are kept immaculately clean - privacy is an issue for some rooms due to adjacent balconies! Trivial as it may sound, pool side and night time ambience are spoilt by the worst, most outdated and confused soundtrack I have ever heard in any hotel. Good hotels are doing so much better to create a ‘vibe’ in keeping with the surroundings. We chose not to eat dinner at the hotel on two nights just to escape the monotony of the music and I feel sorry for the staff who have to endure it relentlessly. Overall, a high quality hotel with great staff but could be improved in a few areas.
