“Cosy and beautiful holiday”
We stayed for a week with my partner and little baby. It was really lovely experience. We stayed for a week with my partner and little baby. It was really lovely experience. Place is nice, rooms clean and cosy with balconies, the center of the city, but not in the middle of the parties, so also quite. Really nice pool at the terrace with good view. The food at the restaurant is delicious, the choice in buffet of starters and of breakfast is not too big, which is even better, everything is fresh and nice, always greek food. Is written that main dishes can't be replaced, but I was calling before booking and they were very kind to organise also vegetarian option for me. The only point for the restaurant - would be nice to have more fruits and sweets. And of course the best part of the hotel - people. Everyone is super kind and lovely, we felt ourselves welcomed by everyone, and everyone was very nice to the baby and even gave her a nickname. So wanted to thank all the staff from the hotel, the reception, pool bar, waiters, cleaning ladies and the kitchen 🙏 already missing Crete and considering same hotel for the next year.

“Superb destination for a vacation!”
I was delighted with my room, basic but with a private balcony, fridge, TV and bathroom. The hotel was clean, the staff treated you like part of the family, and the food each day was excellent. Hersonissos is a lovely seaside town, with plenty to see and do, and Heraklion is just a short bus trip… more
I was delighted with my room, basic but with a private balcony, fridge, TV and bathroom. The hotel was clean, the staff treated you like part of the family, and the food each day was excellent. Hersonissos is a lovely seaside town, with plenty to see and do, and Heraklion is just a short bus trip up the coast. Weather was excellent, and the roof-top bar with pool was where most of the residents ended up afternoon. Special shout out to Laura and Dimitra who work really hard to make everyone's stay as fun as possible. Already planning my next visit.

Simple (all basics available) and clean hotel with amazing staff going extra mile on their initiative (e.g. checking and preparing all necessary updates and info on covid related requirements for our departure in advance). + easy to find a space and park the car directly at the hotel. Swimming pool and sunbathing option on the rooftop is nice alternative when tired from crowded beaches. Short distance from the main touristic venues/streets allows both to enjoy the party scene (limited due to covid) as well as return and sleep in a calm and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast offer simple but sufficient if there is no time to go to another place. Perfect for travelers with the car.

Small, cosy, and quite hotel with friendly staff. Room was small, 2 twin beds, dated and basic. Bed was confy, bedding really good. Small, cosy, and quite hotel with friendly staff. Room was small, 2 twin beds, dated and basic. Bed was confy, bedding really good. Shower really small/narrow, better curtains should be in place and shower is not fit for the head holder. Room and hotel itself were clean. Maid's changed just towels, no rubbish taken away some reason. Aircon is 7 eur extra per stay, fridge is free to use. Pool area was nice and with good loungers, but there is no extra parasoles, only two areas with permanent shades. Also, they have no pool area for the kids. Bar drinks in AL basis were ok, but snacks with a charge. They offer paid drinks at pool bar and downstairs along with snacks, prices were ok. Restaurant serves basic breakfast in buffet style, lunch and dinner served to the table and it is what they are making for the day with no choice. They have extra salad bar as well. I'm fussy, but all they served was mainly ok,but pretty large portions. Till 11 am to 7 pm you can get your drinks from the pool bar, in the evenings from reciption until 10pm. Beach, shops, bars, restaurants are in very short distance. They have no luggage room in case you are not leaving after check out, they can be sotored in communal area, but bags with valuables can be handed over to reciption. Overall nice and friendly hotel and I would go again even if it's basic. Next time I would go to room only or B&B basis.
