“Attention to detail that only a family run business can make possible”
What a lovely find! The whole experience centres on 5* staff and the family who own the hotel. Perfect location, perfect price and a casual (which requires hard work) feel so that you can settle wherever you fancy. Whatever you want is provided without any fuss. Just perfect!

“Perfect”
You really can’t go wrong with the Astali. It is in a great location close to the old town and beach. The rooms are impeccably clean. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful with lots of choice. Wonderful staff. Would not stay anywhere else in Rethymnon.

“Perfect stay!”
Great location close to both the beach, nightlife and the old town. Balcony with ocean view. Room was cleaned every day. Very friendly and professional staff. I would love to stay here again, they made my birthday vacation extra special!

“A good hotel experience”
We stayed at Astali for 6 nights, and had a really nice stay! The staff at the hotel were so friendly and always willing to help when we had different questions. For example, they helped us planning trips to places around the island. The hotel is located close to the old town, and also the beach.… more
We stayed at Astali for 6 nights, and had a really nice stay! The staff at the hotel were so friendly and always willing to help when we had different questions. For example, they helped us planning trips to places around the island. The hotel is located close to the old town, and also the beach. You can walk to almost everything from the hotel. The bus station is also a 15 minutes walk away, if you want to explore some of the other villages and attractions nearby. The room had AC and a little fridge, which was nice in the heat. The cleaning was impeccable, for instance we got new towels every day. We would highly recommend this hotel in Rethymnon, and we would love to come back!

Nice experience in this family hotel, very well run! Good conditions for the money and for a 3 stars hotel: confy beds, very good AC and wifi, elevator. Have to pay for the safe, 2 e/day. Pretty small bathroom, but ok for an economy room. Every day cleaning the room. Also, every day changing towel… more
Nice experience in this family hotel, very well run! Good conditions for the money and for a 3 stars hotel: confy beds, very good AC and wifi, elevator. Have to pay for the safe, 2 e/day. Pretty small bathroom, but ok for an economy room. Every day cleaning the room. Also, every day changing towels. Very close to the beach, around 200 m, and also close to the old center, about 500 m. The breakfast also good for a 3 stars hotel. I would go back for sure.
