“Over the top👌”
We just spend a week at this amasing hotel. And wow, we could have stayed there forever. The staff there is out of this world😍. We will forsure be back as soon as possible. We miss you already❤️. Nice food, really nice cocktails and very nice rooms. And so cozy swimmingpool and bar🙏

We had an amazing experince here, everything was just perfect. Hotel area and rooms are clean, there’s a nice and relaxed atmosphere. We had nice room with a great and comfortable bed, good AC and the shower was just AMAZING. We had a small single studio but it was enough for us (there are bigger rooms available). The pool is the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, so if the sea is too cool to swim, take a swim in the pool! Also the free breakfast for all the guests is very nice and the breakfast was good as well. The location is more on the silent side, which is good if you want peace and relaxation. You can access the city via bus or taxi easily. Car rental is made easy with the hotel’s help and you have a car brought to you to the front door. The staff of this hotel is very nice, friendly and helpful, thank you so much for making our trip even better! (tip for the manager: give your staff a raise!). We will definitely come to your hotel again when we visit Rethymno again :) Kippis!

“Deceiving”
We booked a Junior Suite, which according to their official web includes a sofa, a balcony and a nice and modern bathroom. We booked a Junior Suite, which according to their official web includes a sofa, a balcony and a nice and modern bathroom. But we had a room with no sofa, no balcony, a minibathroom where only one person could enter, a bit shabby, we had no hot water during 2 days and when we indicated it to the receptionist he said it was normal. The room looked like a staff room. The breakfast is from 8:30 to 10:30 and from 10:00 the staff stops refilling the fruits, the juices are not natural and the breakfast quality could easily be improved. The swimming pool area was not very clean. To sum up, we paid for a 4* hotel but had the services of 3* hotel, so we were rather deceived.
