As always I read the reviews for this hotel. I had read that the bathrooms were not suitable for people with mobility issues, because of this I upgraded to an Executive room. That was the best decision I could have made, it was lovely, clean, walk-in shower and a sea view. The only downside to the executive rooms is the slopes to get to them but they are managable. The Belair beach is a lovely hotel. It is clean, the food is repetitive but always found something to eat. The pool bar has salads, rolls, fruit and some cooked food throughout the day, we only ate in the restaurant twice at lunchtime because the pool bar food would suffice. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed every other day. There was handwash, shower gel, tea and coffee making facilities. Also a hairdryer, ironing board and iron. The seaview was fabulous, I was in my element watching ships, windsurfers, kitesurfers etc and planes flying by. There was no sun on the balcony which was a relief from the heat. Very close to the beach though you do have to cross a budy road to get to it. Close to shops, bars and restaurants and buses go by regularly. Have to give a shout out to Ilias in the evening bar, genuine chatty funny guy. All in all we had a great holiday and have booked to return next year ( room 157 please).

Went in July 2024, paid for a double bed sea view room and got given a side sea view with 2 singles together which would be fine if the persons balcony was not at our eye level with there feet,(see pictures) room was not like the pictures, and bathroom was so tiny could barely move, it also had an awful stench. We complained to women at reception who was not helpful and told us they had no other rooms even though we had paid for a specific room. After phoning on the beach for hours and going repetitively back to see if there was anything they could do, the manager offered us a £10 refund or a different room that wasnt sea view for 1 night then we would hopefully get the room we was meant to have, we wasnt too bothered about the view we just wanted a nicer room that didnt smell and was slightly better to stay in for the night, which we then got which was fine, then when we got asked to change into our actual room the room was lovely like the pictures that were on On the beach, which we was happy with. The manager is helpful. If i was booking this hotel again i would ask for the room we had last which was perfect, and would advise people to email and ask for the rooms that are pictured on On the beach, as they are completely fine. We had half board and they allowed us to change dinner for lunch. Pool is lovely there is sunbed wars but you get that everywhere, if your not up at 7 you wont get a sunbed for the rest of the day as there is not enough but there is a pool round the back which has sunbeds its just not as nice. The area is absolutely 10/10, taxi drivers are friendly and very safe was only about 10 euros to get to the old town and you dont have to wait long to get one, reception call them for you. Saw someone say roads are a nightmare and they are but only the beach is opposite and amalfi coast restaurant, locals are friendly and will stop to allow you to cross Amalfi coast restaurant is directly opposite and really good breakfast and dinner options as well as all the restaurants in Old town Would recommend but definitely make sure you ask about rooms beforehand as there is a big difference in some rooms compared to others Ive added pictures of the old room which was not as nice, the new room i didnt get pictures of but was just like on the beach pictures which was gorgeous and had a lovely view

Stayed here for 2 weeks in October 2024 and had a wonderful time. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in every way imaginable. Upon arriving late at night, the hotel had left food in our hotel room fridge for us. The next morning we realised we were in the wrong room as we had paid extra for the executive rooms so once we told the staff they went above and beyond to correct this and gave us a complimentary late checkout as compensation which was greatly appreciated. Rooms were spacious with excellent air-conditioning and kept very clean with daily maid services. The main pool and its facilities were very good with plenty availability of Sunbeds. Also had another more secluded pool for anyone looking for more of a quiet area. We were half board but the poolside bar had excellent food and drink available to order at a decent price. Didn't really bother with the buffet style dinners as their wasn't enough variety to our tastes however the food that was there was decent quality. Area surround the hotel has a fair amount of different Restaraunts to choose from within walking distance. With bus stops directly outside the hotel and plenty supermarkets for all your basics. Some minor but noticeable gripes, more with the area than the hotel, are the main road outside the hotel is absolutely ridiculously busy and very loud when you're at the poolside, Nothing the hotel can do about that, but it makes crossing the road to the bus stops dangerous. Also there's a bad smell of sewage outside the hotel but not noticeable at all throughout the hotel. All in all, 4* is very deserved and excellent value for money. We would happily return here in the future. And again your staff is a credit to your hotel very friendly and helpful. All the best for the future Belair maybe see you again one day.
