“Incredibly helpful staff on difficult day”
I stayed one night at Hotel Villa Do Sorrento. The stand out for me was the staff. It was a day when all ferries, buses and trains had striked and the receptionist went out of her way calling taxi companies for hours to get me transport to Naples airport. I stayed one night at Hotel Villa Do Sorrento. The stand out for me was the staff. It was a day when all ferries, buses and trains had striked and the receptionist went out of her way calling taxi companies for hours to get me transport to Naples airport. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Sorrento. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast was nice. Only downside no shower gel provided.

“Great stay”
We had a lovely clean room with plenty of space for the three of us, and the nicest bathroom we had in our entire trip! It's in a good location, close to the train station, main square, and all the shops, without blowing your budget. The staff were friendly and the whole stay was very easy

“If you get the top floor there's a huge private balcony -- and a smallish room with a tub .”
A nice hotel in a good location . There is lovely tile work throughout . An easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants , as well as the elevator that takes you down to the ferry to Capri . A good choice at breakfast in a lovely breakfast room . We would definitely return .

Great location, just off the main street. Helpful staff recommended the O'Parrucchiano Restaurant (they invented the canneloni!) which was the dining highlight of our trip. Our room had a balcony, which was nice. Staff was friendly and breakfast buffet was filling. Walk to train/bus station in minutes. Rooms aren't huge but certainly comfortable.
