Lovely hotel, the staff are friendly, breakfast is more than enough each day, cleanliness is first class, with room cleaned daily, in a marvellous position, with a 5 minute walk into sorrento centre and train station, but far enough away from the hustle of the centre. Don't bother with the hyped up restaurant opposite unless you are prepared to queue for 3 hours, there are at least 25 restaurants in town that equal or better this one....without thr queuing. The rooftop terrace has stunning views, and despite other reviews, we got a sunbed whenever we needed one. Highly recommend thus hotel

The hotel is situated in walking distance from many good restaurants, the old city, ferries and shopping. It is also close to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. During our stay, the rooms were cleaned, and towels changed. The breakfast was good, I recommend Omelett with ham and cheese, also fruit and yoghurt. The coffee was also nice. We had rooms on the 5th floor. The view from the balcony was magnificent. The only tiny negative thing, was that the pillows were a bit hard for my preference and the lift was a bit slow and narrow. Otherwise, I have nothing but positive feedback. I recommend this hotel for a family holiday in Sorrento.

Lovely hotel set just on the edge of the resort so quieter but still a nice easy walk to everything. The hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious. Pool was small but an added bonus. Breakfast was good and got us off to a great start each day. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the roof terrace was amazing by day and night……with a fabulous view of Versuvius

“Tipping maids and air-conditioning an issue!”

Average Hotel! Would have gotten 4 stars if maids would have left towels! One day, maids left no towels and had to call the front desk. Then, when I left a tip, I got more than I required. This left me very unimpressed! The next thing that was very annoying was the air-conditioning was turned off… more

Average Hotel! Would have gotten 4 stars if maids would have left towels! One day, maids left no towels and had to call the front desk. Then, when I left a tip, I got more than I required. This left me very unimpressed! The next thing that was very annoying was the air-conditioning was turned off by the front desk every day, and we had to call the desk to have it turned on. We did not notice it was being done intentionally until the end when the front desk person mentioned it accidentally. This really was upsetting. The only positive was the waiters Raffaele and Giro. They are awesome! The front desk staff are kind and very helpful. It is unfortunate that I could not rate this Hotel higher because we were recommended by an actual friend of the owners who I will be speaking too about these issues. We paid good money and expect towels and air-conditioned air!
