On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

Absolutely stunning little boutique hotel! Immaculate service, Marina at breakfast was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional, fresh variety of pastries, meats, cheeses and savouries everyday. Room was clean, refreshed daily, comfy bed! And surprisingly quiet on the main street when the doors were closed! Rooftop bar was an added bonus, superb service and attention to detail. Would 100% recommend, we will definitely be back.

Booked the Economy twin bed room at the Hotel Sorrento City Hotel. Loved the space, Just right for two people. The Hotel was very bright and clean. Loved the lighting in the room and the hotel lobby, which had a relaxed seating area. The hotel staff was accommodating , Shout out to Carmelita she was so helpful with communicating when there was a delay in arriving at the hotel. There was an issue with the bathroom toilet, however the manager made sure it was taken care of. The breakfast offered had hot and cold items. Bacon and Eggs! I miss the espresso so much. I found out the cakes and pastries were baked fresh. So good. Hotel was walking distance from the train station. Grocery store was next door and had everything needed.. Hotel is well situated to restaurants and shops. I recommend the hotel for a great stay.
