“Fantastic value for money and lovely staff!”
We had a fantastic stay and for the price the hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming and were always extremely helpful when dealing with any requests we had. We had a fantastic stay and for the price the hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming and were always extremely helpful when dealing with any requests we had. Our double room had a lovely view from the balcony, was very clean and had all the basic amenities including a mini fridge. The free hotel shuttle service to Lacco Ameno means there is no problem that the location of the hotel is a walk away from the main town. The driver was always prompt and available on request.

What a quaint hotel this was, up in the hills above lacco ameno, it had great views and a very handy shuttle service up and down the hill. Very quiet place, far from the trafic.Good breakfast, but I missed some cheese.It will be appreciated.Enzo, the man at the reception was very helpful and was speaking several languages, just as French, English, German.It was really an exception in the hotel.Olga, the lady of the breakfast was also speaking Russian. A very large swimming-pool, hot thermal waterbath and hydromassage bath.These are also plus-points: situated far from the trafic, navette smallbus to bring you up to the hill, big terrasse on the roof with shadow at noon, with a very nice panorama on the harbour of Lacco Ameno and the sea. About 500 meters there was a Carrefour-supermarket,and a very good Pizzeria: Sale e Pepe.

“Lovely but needs improvements”
The pool and jacuzzi and volcano spa and the hotel it's self is perfect but the bedroom we was given was very old fashioned and smelt a bit the hotel room was clean and the bedding was fresh clean white bedding but the furniture smelt and the TV was this old silver box TV so you couldn't watch a mo… more
The pool and jacuzzi and volcano spa and the hotel it's self is perfect but the bedroom we was given was very old fashioned and smelt a bit the hotel room was clean and the bedding was fresh clean white bedding but the furniture smelt and the TV was this old silver box TV so you couldn't watch a movie with my family but it is a lovely place to stay if you are on a budget, the breakfast was very minimalist not a international breakfast :( but I enjoyed it there regardless just think the hotel could improve the breakfast and bedroom as they were let downs but the pool was perfect!!!!
