“Excellent”
Our stay was excellent. Breakfast well assorted room and cleanes very very good for my purpose location was great, staf more than helpful. Parking safe inside the hotel. In all a great experience and I recommend to friends and if I have to come backe to Ragusa I will choose you again.

“Magical Sicily”
Amazing staff and service. The hotel manager Ivan made sure we have everything we needed for our stay including arranging a first class taxi for our destinations. This was my first time here but for sure I am coming back again. Highly recommend

“Highly recommended hotel for long or short stay.”
We arrived in the afternoon and we were welcomed very warmly. Everything was explained and nothing was to much trouble. Very lean room. The bed was very comfortable. We arrived in the afternoon and we were welcomed very warmly. Everything was explained and nothing was to much trouble. Very lean room. The bed was very comfortable. Again we were welcomed in the breakfast room by Ivan and offered a large selection of a continental breakfast. The homemade cakes, delicious. The hotel is centrally located to the beach and some very good restaurants just walking distance away. Should also mention the large swimming pool. Finally plenty of free parking within the hotel grounds. Highly recommended.

“Great stay although some things needs upgrade”
The best in this hotel it's amazing pool.Its super specious and garden sround it's truly amazing. We were also allowed to take our dog around the pool on the leash so he stayed with us near the sunbeds. This really made our stay great. I would inky suggest to upgrade the umbrellas. The room was nice but bathroom needs refurbishment. Staff very helpful.Breakfast not that much choises for sauery,I would also upgrade that.But overall we had a great weekend stay. The location is perfect.

“Relaxing stay”
Stayed here for 3 nights, had the most relaxing time whilst there. Its got fabulous sleep quality. Woke rested every morning with the fabulous comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Stayed here for 3 nights, had the most relaxing time whilst there. Its got fabulous sleep quality. Woke rested every morning with the fabulous comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. A bit of background noise would of been nice, music etc. The pool area was very quiet probable because of the time of year. The outside bar was a bit strange though, needs some work done on it. Staff had to keep going inside to get ice etc. at first we didn't realise it was a bar. Felt that the young staff on the bar were bored and were always on their phones, maybe getting them to keep around the pool tidy ,cleaning the sun loungers etc would of been beneficial. Noticed old broken plant pots just sitting there. Another thing we noticed was when we walked in from the car park when we arrived we had no idea where the reception was. No signs at all, just an old door which desperately needs painting .The door could do with a sign on it. But saying all this we enjoyed our stay, but felt that you need to know what you need to do improve the hotel. The manager was very nice but sometimes we felt that we wanted to be quiet eating our breakfast and going about our business, maybe thats a British thing.
