Lovely central location in Palermo. Stayed 2 nights before heading onwards in Sicily. Had a lovely tour guide Alessandra who took us to Momdello Beach for half a day and then on a tour of Palermo. Saw all the main sights, did a bit of shopping. Hotel itself was ideal for our needs. Good breakfast buffet. Our family room was very big, clean and comfortable.

I was a bit worried by some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Excellent central location. Airport shuttle stops other side of square. All the staff on reception are so warm and kind and friendly. Room spotless and cleaned daily. Yes a few things could be modernised but for the most part it really isn't that dated. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with hot shower. Some noise during the day but it's a city centre hotel, peaceful at night. For the price I paid I am very happy and would stay again.

“Good location”
Great location. If you are a person who likes walking, you can walk from here to all key sites in the city. Great eating places closeby and the key shopping streets too. Rooms and furnishing are old and could do with a revamp. But our room was large and comfortable.

Definitely not 4* Very good location in classic old building Subterranean featureless cafe/restaurant and miserable bar Food poor , little choice and very disappointing Rooms OK but definitely not 4 * rating Staff delightful and efficient

Right in the center of Palermo. Perfect location for whatever you choose to do. It's in a safe area of the city too. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom equipped with everything we needed. We were on a group tour, so our breakfast each morning was a full buffet. My only complaint with many Italian hotels is their coffee machines. They are the lowest grade espresso with some sort of canned milk... YUCK... I finally opted for tea when presented with a coffee machine.
