Great experience, with lively events! Humberto was a great host. Went to the James Hype concert here so they’re always hosting events. Besides Humberto all the other workers were also very attentive. Also did not skimp out on good and drinks.

Eduardo Concierge is the best, he helped with all questions and doubts. Very understanding and will work with you. Found myself in a hard situation on my room, Eduardo really does see the best in people and I will attest to that. Appreciate all he did for me.

“Unimaginable experience”
Service is wonderful The people make the trip customer service is above and beyond. Everybody is so helpful. Try to help you in ways that you never would think. Bar food is awesome. They serve American food, which is awesome. I enjoy the people the place and I’ll be all the viewers.
