“Great time. We’ll be back!”
Great service from all staff. So many great people. Love Elizabeth at front desk. Always so eager to help! The concierge is so pleasant and the bell boys always there to lend a hand. Right down to the maintenance staff and of course our maid Veronica was great too.

Hotel is immaculate, amazing traditional features. Very quiet considering it is the bustling area of the old town. The staff were excellent especially Zenya (information desk) lady. My first time to Mexico and it has blown my mind of how friendly and hospitable the locals (hotel and beyond) …..

“Perfect Oasis”
Great location a perfect distance from everything. Very friendly and helpful staff the rooftop pool and lounge area was a perfect oasis amid the hustle and bustle of the Zona Romantica We had a very enjoyable stay , we will stay here again should the opportunity arise

“Stinky rooms, worn out items not the greatest value”
This is the third time I have visited Dona Susana. I was fairly disappointed with the value of the Hotel and probably wont be staying again. This is the third time I have visited Dona Susana. I was fairly disappointed with the value of the Hotel and probably wont be staying again. The good, the room and the roof swimming area were recently remodeled. The other guests who stay there are really nice. Things that I was unhappy about. Our room had a funky smell, a friend who came with us had a room that really smelled bad. Another thing that was frustrating was the lock on the door to our room took several times of repairs to get it working consistently. Another small one was that the towels for the rooms had been washed many times so they were rough. In the end I don't think Dona Susana was that really that good a value.
