“Great Experience!”
We recently returned from a week long stay at the Crown Paradise Club. We are a large family of 18, ages 3-60. We recently returned from a week long stay at the Crown Paradise Club. We are a large family of 18, ages 3-60. Things we loved: size of the resort (not too big, not too much walking); the beach (very clean, no seaweed, big waves for the teenagers); location (close to the airport, grocery store within walking distance); cleanliness (resort is dated, but clean); lounger availability (usually could find as many as we needed without putting towels out in the early in the morning); staff (very friendly and accomodating). Things that need improvement: the resort is older and showing signs of wear; the beach loungers need to be cleaned or replaced; towel service in the rooms was spotty (no hand towels or bathmats); buffet had good quality of food (need a better variety); snack bar needed a staff member on hand to refill the food, condiments, and utinsels; the mattresses in the rooms were not too comfortable. All in all, we would return to this resort. Very relaxing and convenient.

“Another week in paradise”
This was our 8th stay at the Crown Paradise Club and it was as great as always. We ate at all 3 specialty restaurants, all of which were lovely.

“Playa de oro beach”
If you enjoy waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves, this is the perfect location. The hotel is located on one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta . The location is perfect, close to the terminal where you can watch the majestic cruise ships come in. Friendly, attentive staff.
