“Awesome Pool Concierge”
Alfredo our Pool Concierge is TOP NOTCH!! Friendly, Fun and Attentive. Helps make the experience here that much better. Villa Del Palmar is one of the older properties but it’s fun, perfect access to the beach, kept super clean and staff very friendly.

“Aquatic and Beach Services”
Ian and Alfredo made our stay at the beach so wonderful. Ian is so knowledgeable and helpful with the water sporting equipment. Alfredo, thanks for your services with supplying the beach amenities such as lounge chairs, towels, umbrellas, and tables.

“Crepes and coffee crew!”
Our favorite Crepes and coffee crew every morning! Our kids look forward to Crepes every year and every year we are greeted by the lovely staff. Thank you to Gisel, Monica and Emilse for making our kids mornings and mine (my fave coffee crew) the best!

“Awesome holiday at Villa Del Palmer Puerto Vallarta”
7 days at this resort was not enough. Awesome staff, great food, great service. LaTrattoria, El Patron and Yashinoki were all excellent. Unfortunately we were disappointed the Seafood Market was not open. Etelvium and the rest of the staff were attentive to all our dining needs

“First visit to Villa Del Palmar”
The staff are wonderful , the pool is very warm . Ian on the activities gave us a great kayak tour of the bay ! Food and drinks are a bit expensive , but happy hour makes up for it . Rooms are great the hide abed is abit hard and our guest is not enjoying that .
