“A Little Paradise”
Excellent location, wonderful & attentive services and staff throughout entire premises & poolside; all rooms have ocean views; restaurants and food are excellent; immaculate re cleanliness; beds are fabulous; feels like a home away from home.

The hotel was quiet and well kept. This place probably has the best staff of anywhere I’ve traveled to. We have traveled all over Mexico and we loved the people here! Paul, the lead concierge, was absolutely amazing!! All of them were. The management should be proud of the attention and care the staff shows the guests. In addition, every room faces the Pacific and it was perfect for whale watching! The food was amazing and the ambience at each restaurant superb. We will be back!!!

This is a gem. Quiet and yet a short walk to the old city. It's small and intimate. I recognized several of the staff from my last visit and they recognized me, which felt welcoming. A shout out to Paul the pool guy Estaphania at the concierge desk, but they are all amazing! The live music in the evenings invites you to longer and listen. The food was great, and if you want variety, you are close to all sorts of restaurants. The lobby and the rooms are thoughtfully appointed. Top notch.

Very friendly staff all throughout the resort , especially Paul, Victor, Hugo, Jose, Edgar, Veronica and Enrique, easy check in too. Amazing how clean they keep the resort.
