My wife and I travel a lot. We have been lucky to stay at fine hotels in England, France. Spain, Malta, Morocco, Mauritius etc.etc. We keep coming here every year because of the staff. And the food. Four times since 2022 and seven in total. From check in to check out everything was seamless. Maria and Rachel were gracious and wonderful at reception. The new renovations in the lobby, pool and restaurants are beautiful. The breakfast area has improved however the selection of food is not as good as last year. But the beef stew was outstanding! The wi-fi is excellent. The grounds are beautiful. I cannot say enough about the fantastic housekeeping staff. They work very hard and I very much appreciate them and their high level of service. A reminder to visitors. Please tip the people who look after you and your room. Elisabeth and her co-workers at the Cafe are great. Thank you! The restaurants and bars are very good. The staff there are better. Erich, Juan, Jose, Andres, Jorge, Belem and Cristina all made our stay so comfortable. Our room was dated, but I would stay there again with all of these kind people looking after us. A final thank you to Mr. Garcia and Mr. Agarrista for their kindness, professionalism, and having such a great team to care for their customers.

“Biggest Dump Ever!!!!!”

The rooms stink of mold and mildew,the clothes that I had hung up in the closet that I never wore smelled so bad I had to put them in a plastic bag before putting it in my suitcase. The rooms stink of mold and mildew,the clothes that I had hung up in the closet that I never wore smelled so bad I had to put them in a plastic bag before putting it in my suitcase. The workers were very ignorant and unprofessional! The worst hotel I ever stayed at. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

“nice hotel if you have your days away from the hotel planned”

we arrived by taxi and the door staff greeted us with smiles and assisted us to our hotel once booked in. we stayed in 609 . has a view of the back roads so nothing to look at much. the room is very spacious and clean. lots of hot water which is a bonus as many places in mexico have only Luke warm.… more

we arrived by taxi and the door staff greeted us with smiles and assisted us to our hotel once booked in. we stayed in 609 . has a view of the back roads so nothing to look at much. the room is very spacious and clean. lots of hot water which is a bonus as many places in mexico have only Luke warm. made service is excellent. we always leave a tip. this is a very clean hotel with a lovely outdoor pool area. the lobby is huge! and wifi works well every where. the only down fall in my opinion is unless you have your days planned (day excursions) there isnt much to do. there is a town square that offers many open air dining and venders galore! you can also go by bus to playa caracol beach. but be prepared to pay 600 pesos to rent an umbrella and 2 chairs so bring an umbrella. there is a very large chedraui at the entrance to the public access so you can buy snacks there and even offers beer on tap. and a lovely patio you can enjoy it and lots of food options. this really is a lovely hotel that really doats on their guests so enjoy yourselves by the pool. they do have a sorts bar that offers light lunches and light dinners as well as drinks. and an open air bar by the pool. we reserved our room with breakfast included. the breakfast is very good but you can only go once a day.
