“Relaxing in the Sun and seeing and learning about the local culture.”
Friendly and attentive staff was a breath of fresh air. The location was great. Service was outstanding. The condo was inviting with a large wrap around balcony. The beach was a few blocks away and the front desk had beach chairs and umbrellas to use. All in all a very relaxing week. Thank you.

From check in to check out, we loved it. The staff are so nice and the location is perfect to the beach and the main strip. Our bungalow was absolutely what we wanted for this vacation. The staff will give you free use of their beach chairs. The hot water didn't last long, but it's so hot anyways, so that didn't bother us. The air conditioner worked great and kept the entire bungalow so nice for the trip. The pool is super nice. We will definitely stay here again.

“Perfect Place”
We've stayed all over in Playa del Carmen and this was by far our favorite place! We will definitely be back. The location was a block from the ocean but overlooked 5th Ave. The best of both worlds. The pool isn't huge but it's big enough and very secluded.

“Excellent Location - Basic Room”

We stayed at Rivera Maya Suites for four nights in room 209. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and the main street, which was very convenient. However, this also meant a lot of noise from nearby music venues, which could be disruptive at night. The room itself was quite basic and run-down. A major issue was the air conditioner—if it had been running for a long time, the bathroom roof started leaking heavily, which was frustrating. The property markets itself as having large appartments, I feel if we had selected / had one of those the quality may have been better. The room was just basic and dated. On the positive side, the pool and gardens were beautiful and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience. One major downside was the WiFi—it was practically non-existent, which was disappointing given the expectation of having reliable internet in this day and age Overall, the location, staff and outdoor areas were great, but the room quality and WiFi left a lot to be desired. I would stay again, but these matters would need to be addressed.

“Deposit theft”
Hello a lovely team I’m still waiting for my deposit, apart from that yeah 3 star not really much to do . Cleaning ladies lovely 5 star always helping. Receptionist fake but when they ask you for a deposit don’t forget. There is no deposit back !!! Don’t leave it !!!
