“Happy at Holiday Inn Veracruz”
Can’t say enough about our visit here to the Holiday Inn Veracruz. The staff works extra hard to serve you and make sure you are satisfied with everything. Can’t say enough about our visit here to the Holiday Inn Veracruz. The staff works extra hard to serve you and make sure you are satisfied with everything. Kudos to Joshua and the rest of the hardworking staff! The amenities have all you need for a relaxing stay. Beach access is just across the street with ample places to shop and dine. Convenient location from Veracruz Airport. I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Veracruz.

We were two familys together for 3 nights and we enjoed it very much. It is not a luxury hotel and part of it is an old building ( the tower is rather new) but we liked the location, with the beach on one hand and a shopping center on the other. The rooms in the older building are not fancy, but well kept and clean and with a good beds. It is a clean hotel with a good swimming pool and a tunnel under the street tobthe beach. The breakfast buffet is from 06:00 to 12:00 oclock and we loved it. There is also a buffet from 14:00 to 18:00 and we also loved that. Children under 12 does not pay for the buffets. But my favorite was the service we got. We got an exelent service and in the restaurant Gabriel was fantastic. I vety seldome give 5 stars but now I will because of the value, and the good service,good food, everything was clean and also the location. We just had a great time. Cracias....

In my opinion, based in my last visit to this hotel , I spent three nights and four day in this hotel with my family having mostly a good time grounded by a full amazing service from the workers and a convenient location. Likewise the room in which I slept was clean and comfortable. The food was really good, the buffet from the restaurant was diverse and delicious. Last but not least and despite that the swimming pool was not that big,it was a really fun experience. Finally I totally recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great place to pass with your family. You have everything here. Withoot any doubt I would stay here again.

In our years of traveling I always have high expectations which do surpass those of IHG Rewards Club. When we entered, the receptionist already had my reservation on hand for me to review and for us to initial and sign and we had no problems in talking to the receptionist since there was no party when we were here. Their gym and swimming are good and clean. The bed was nice and soft. The hotel provided us with soft pillows since the hard ones are like a rock. The breakfast has a lot of assortment. The quality of it really surpasses the highest expectations of IHG Rewards.
