“Lovely relaxing stay”
Had a fantastic stay for my 50th. Nice and relaxing, staff were very welcoming and polite. Perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay and if you want any entertainment an uber to the old town is less than 5 euro. Food was fresh and tasty, good selection of everything. Had a fantastic stay for my 50th. Nice and relaxing, staff were very welcoming and polite. Perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay and if you want any entertainment an uber to the old town is less than 5 euro. Food was fresh and tasty, good selection of everything. All inclusive package includes all branded spirits and there are plenty to choose from. Had a nice surprise without any prompting, on my birthday staff left a bottle of champagne and birthday cake very nice of them. Also all the soaps in bathroom are either l,occitaine or bvlgari, smell beautiful, very good quality. I asked for an iron and they brought it straight away and left it with me for the duration of my stay. I would recommend this for a relaxing stay, it was just what I needed :)

“Always a great time”

This was my 8th visit to this hotel and it never disappoints, for all inclusive you can’t beat it quality food all day long and nice drinks, check in has changed since my last visit which is now 4 o’clock and check out at 11am, the location is fantastic some very good and friendly bars and restaurants close by and the marina and old town all in walking distance as is the most beautiful beach just a 10 mins stroll down. Thanks to Richard the restaurant manager who’s always around if needed and boo boo from the bar and restaurant, we didn’t have the best weather this time in march but we’re back in June, thanks to all the Sao Rafael suites staff

Good but not 5*. Stayed in a 2 bed suite. Our room (0118) was on the ground floor & was quite dark. The corridor leading to the room felt more like a service corridor. Good but not 5*. Stayed in a 2 bed suite. Our room (0118) was on the ground floor & was quite dark. The corridor leading to the room felt more like a service corridor. The room itself was ver spacious & initially, appeared to be clean. However, there was a pair of socks under one of the beds which didn’t belong to any of us & a towel on the balcony floor. Therefore, I question how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. Can give benefit of doubt for the towel as it was quite windy so could have blown off the balcony above us, but socks are inexcusable. The food was good. Not a vast choice but what we had was good. Especially the warm pastels de nata at breakfast. The bar was good too. We found the staff to be pleasant & helpful. Albufeira was a short uber ride away. The nearby beaches were lovely with cliffs & rock formations. Stunning. I would definitely consider this hotel again if we visit the Algarve again.

“NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL”
Definitely Not A 5 Star Hotel, more like a 3 Star at best. Stayed in 1 bed suite, sea view? all inclusive . Room was not very clean, lots of Black Hairs. No Extractor Fans in Any of The bathrooms!!! No kettle, No iron or Board, you have to ask at reception more than once to achieve any of these. Fo… more

Food, Breakfast OK, All other meals more like kids party food, chicken nuggets etc, Not 5 Star just poor Quality food. Bar Drinks ok. Outdoor pools looked covered in algae and Dirty, Dirty & Broken sunbeds. Cracked concrete around pool. Glasses and Glass bottles left next to sunbeds for days. Bins around pool overflowing and not emptied. No Entertainment at All During our 7 night stay. Our 1st time to Portugal, our Last time at this Hotel, We have stayed in 5 Star Hotels All over The World and This Hotel is Definitely a 3 Star. Will return to Portugal again but will Rent an apartment next time, plenty of bars & Restaurants in Albufeira.
