We had no complaints at all.. staff were excellent especially anne and rigina who we had most dealing with.. grest breakfast severed with a smile Rooms were hugh and cleaned regularly..pool was buzy but spotless and well maintained.. Location was grand.. 5 minute walk to the strip and train to old city..bus outside hotel going to local areas Erins isle irish bar round the corner .. grest csried music depending on yhe age of people that were in.. Sone people had an issue with paying a deposit on arrival..this was due to rooms been trashed by younger groups.. if your going to behave pay the deposit and ye get it back when ye leave

Stayed for a week on a last minute booking as it was difficult to find anywhere else. Rooms were clean...no iron or ironing board in an apartment which is strange. Downstairs in the reception is more modern but the rooms and apartments are tired. A lick of white paint would help. Entry doors are flimsy and look like they have been broken into at some point. I advise to use a safe downstairs in the reception. They charged 50 euros for the week which includes a refundable 20 euros, although it does say 40 in the room booklet they charge 50. That room booklet also says you get soap and shampoo in the bathroom...you dont..bring your own!!! Bathroom towels get changed every 3 days and they are as thin as tea towels. The staff are friendly and professional especially Lino and Anna. A lot of the young girls staying found Marcus to be quite creepy though. A girl had her necklace stolen from her room but the staff did not seem to care or were not helpful. If you read the reviews below this seems to be an ongoing theme. My advice is to make your own beds, ask for towels when you need them and put the do not disturb sign on your door at all times. This ensures that you are in control of who enters your room. This is not a good place for elderly guests as it is very hilly and slippy cobbles.
