A very friendly club - my wife and I arrived late in the evening and once we arrived at our apartment, we found a note from the staff saying that they had put on the apartment heating for us and hoped the apartment was warm enough when we arrived. A very friendly club - my wife and I arrived late in the evening and once we arrived at our apartment, we found a note from the staff saying that they had put on the apartment heating for us and hoped the apartment was warm enough when we arrived. It was chilly outside so a warm apartment was most welcome which we thought was a nice gesture. The complex and apartment was clean & tidy and the staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. The complex was close to restaurants and bars (although some were closed due to the time of year). Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Just got home last night . Love these apartments , second visit for us now and I can’t wait to return . Firstly , staff are so welcoming and friendly and do all they can to accommodate , from management to bar staff and cleaners . We have travelled a lot over the years , all over , due to me being within the travel industry for almost 30 years , travelled to many different countries and stayed in some 2 stars and 5 stars and I have to say I can’t wait to return here . The apartments are spotless , the location is great for us , as we can walk to new town or old town which we did many times . We prefer old town as we like the tradition . Beaches are beautiful . Local restaurants and bars are so nice , but most of all , the staff are fabulous . We had a welcome back surprise too which was so kind ! . Hopefully see you all again soon !

Currently staying here with family , booked for 3 but last min needed to add another adult on the day before travel and wasn't a problem to upgrade the room at such short notice. arrived late so check in was closed but super efficient in doing it over the auto phone outside . Currently staying here with family , booked for 3 but last min needed to add another adult on the day before travel and wasn't a problem to upgrade the room at such short notice. arrived late so check in was closed but super efficient in doing it over the auto phone outside . The duvets I found super soft . Service was amazing by staff . Friendly and helpful and efficient, especially before arrival over email. The outside areas were lovely and convenient. It was very quiet but we are staying out of peak seasons so understand it's not overly busy this time of year. Close to lots and buses regular and nearby . Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Our apartment was a very good size, decor was dated but it had a full oven and hob and a washing machine, plenty of pots and utensils in the kitchen.. Bed was comfy, shower was good. The staff were really friendly and helpful, food in the pool bar was fresh and reasonably priced. The only complaint I had was that there are no comfortable chairs or a couch in the lounge area. You could only sit on a dining chair or a single bed, neither of which were comfortable to relax on. There are nice restaurants close by and I would go back here again.

Really nice pool area and reception area and bar. Reception staff are all friendly and polite rooms are a tad basic but everything you need and comfy. But this is no way a family holiday hotel we had very large groups of young kids who were extremely noisy and basically didn't give a s@@t about the small kids and families that are around and could imagine being quite intimidating to some guests and the noise basically went on to the early hours of the morning and started a couple of hours after that in the morning... Hotel doesn't do anything about it so unfortunately it's a like it or lump kind of deal.... Such a shame as it is a great place for families. Local shops and restaurants are a stones throw away too.
