This rural hotel provides for a short/weekend stay in a peaceful setting, in the midst of the Algarve countryside, away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts. It has an excellent breakfast buffet and a diverse lunch and dinner menu. The hotel and its common grounds are very well maintained. I will certainly go again and recommend the place for a peaceful and relaxing short break.

“Clean rooms with friendly staff”
Beautiful hotel with very clean rooms. Lovely views from the balcony and friendly/helpful staff. My only criticism would be that I wish there was a peep hole in the door, just for quick assurance if there’s noise outside. We had a lovely stay and would stay again.

Lovely little hotel, quiet and peaceful. Recommend a car to get the best out of it but everything about it is lovely. Great staff ,reasonable food and will definitely be back. Sat in the middle of the country but only a short drive to the coast.15 min drive from airport. Taxi from airport approx 28 euros.Grounds are lovely with nice walk and exercise equipment on hand. Choice of hotel room or apartment away from main hotel block. All staff are a credit to this hotel.

This our fifth stay at this hotel and it never fails to impress. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is exceptional and all the staff are wonderful. The hotel is not by the sea but inland about a 10 minute drive - Faro airport is about 20 minutes away, which makes it a quiet place to relax and unwind. We would recommend eating in the restaurant at night as the menu is varied and beautifully presented. All together an outstanding hotel: a real gem.

“It's no more or less than what you expect.”
Does what it says on the tin. You go there for peace and quiet. Crickets and frogs are very noisy but it's nature. Go here for a relatively quiet stay and some quality down time at the pool. Good people, good service, good food. No Bar. But the cocktails and beers are fine. served up by the pool.… more
